We were looked after by Nigel who was an excellent assistant. We wanted to buy a mobility scooter and he very patiently went through all our options. Once the scooter was chosen we were encouraged to test drive it around the store then he came out to our car to ensure we were able to dismantle it and fit it in the car. Thank you so much for your time and patience. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase.

We were made to feel really welcome as soon as we entered the store. The layout was great and gave my MIL plenty of room to test out some new wheels. Sonya was lovely, incredibly knowledgeable and patient, she made the whole process much more simple. Would absolutely recommend this store and company to anyone.

Last year we visited Ableworld in Llandudno and purchased a walker from Paul. He was so helpful that we went back today and look at mobility scooters and this time Nigel helped us. He was great and explained everything to us and was once again so helpful. We did buy one, and so far we are very pleased.
I would recommend this store to anyone.

Quite a few years ago we bought a mobility scooter for our Dad here - the staff member was super helpful and patient. About a year ago we needed to come back when we needed a replacement battery - again, speedy and efficient. And then most recently a piece of the casing broke which made carrying a section (it comes to pieces) very difficult. With our permission, Nigel, the customer advisor, mended it with a long screw and washers so it works just as good as new (and with character!) and in just the way my Dad would have done things in the past - it was better than a new casing! And for free. I am so grateful and cannot recommend highly enough.

Having just come off the phone to your Llandudno store I am in shocked to find that the person I spoke to did not know what a "rigid" wheelxchair is. She asked , "What is that?" . I explained and she went on to inform me that "They all fold!" So I hung up! Do you blame me?

We were served by a lady called Sony at Llandudno she was very helpful nothing was too much trouble her product knowledge was excellent we will definately return.

we were on holiday in Llandudno , my husband needs a mobility scooter to get around ,it is one that seperates to get into boot of car .we had took it apart and tried to put it back together and got it jammed , no matter what we did it was'nt moving .After taking advice from b+b host we went to Ableworld ,we met Rob+ Paul who took the scooter and managed to release the handle and put it back together .They were absolutely brilliant ,they honestly were the kindest people we have met . My husband was then able to carry on enjoying our holiday in lovely Llandudno . Whenever we need any mobility aids ,or a new scooter , we will certainly go to this company first, because of the kindness and respect we were shown . A big big thankyou from Ian & Roz .

Hi, I went into Able world, Llandudno, to ask about bathing aids. Nigel was very helpful and passed my query on to a specialist colleague who rang me at the earliest possibility and again she was very helpful.

I have just purchased a motor scooter from Llandudno Ableworld.
I was lucky to be served to by Nigel where nothing was too much trouble. He explained in detail how to dismantle and rebuild and even put it into the boot of my car.

Called into the store in Llandudno to look at mobility scooters. Was approached by a salesperson called Nigel, who was very helpful, I already had an idea what scooter I wanted as I had been on the Internet. He pointed out the pitfalls of the one I had chosen (which was the weight of the unit). After demonstration of a few of the scooters, I chose a scooter of a lower value than my first choice. At no time did I feel pressurised into buying a more expensive unit. Nigel just gave informed feed back to my questions and he is a credit to your company

We purchased a while back a Walker for my Wife, I would just like to say that the service from Paul& Nigel was exemplary, without doubt a place where you can rely upon great customer service.

Nigel at the Llandudno store was excellent. He didn't put any pressure to buy on us. He allowed us to try out the scooters we were looking at and gave us time to discuss whether we wanted to make a purchase of not. We would highly recommend both the store and Nigel to anyone thinking of getting any variety of disabled accessories.

Excellent service when buying my power chair. Sonya went through the specifics and benefit of each chair with me with a friendly and helpful attitude, nothing was to much bother even changing the controls to left hand use. Can’t praise them enough.

Fantastic service at ableworld Llandudno. After much persuasion my Nan decided it’s time to purchase a walker. Luckily Nigel was there to help and put her mind at ease. Concerns of looking old my nan was a little reluctant, but with Nigel’s knowledge and caring friendly attitude she was able to choose a walker. Thanks to Nigel my Nan was able to walk around all the shops having a break to sit down whenever she needed. She’s walking further and stands better putting less pressure on her knee. She was like a new women. Now we can’t keep her in! Thanks Nigel for helping my Nan enjoy life again!

Rob was great. He took enough time to discuss the choices and options. He brought in a colleague to discuss likely delivery issues. I was very pleased with the time taken to pick the best option and ensure it will be right for my needs. So rare in this day and age of impersonal web-based selling. Long may Ableworld survive and grow. A pleasure to do business with them. They looked after dad and then mum, in the past. Now I also feel looked after. Well done!
