In my case, a glitch in encountered during processing.
In my case, too early to say. Over two weeks seem quite long time to still be waiting for dispatch. Had to contact them in end, to find what had happened to my order. They currently looking into it, but that was two days ago. Hopefully I might get news by tomorrow.
Probably just a glitch, or something.

Poor deliver
I ask for order to be delivered at set time, this does not happen, card informing of trying to deliver is put in door frame not through letter box, takes weeks to get order.
I am pleased with the goods l purchased.
