Ordering for a parent

Ordering for a parent, easy to use website, order arrived within a couple of days. Received emails updating on the progress of the order & advised on the day of delivery.

The replacements haven't turned up yet…

The replacements haven't turned up yet but assuming they do then the customer service has been excellent in replacing some wrong items delivered. The person on the customer service has even arranged to have the wrongly sent items collected. Very good customer service.
