Terrible company - do not use - you have been warned!
Ordered two items on 4th December 2018 through the Game marketplace as Christmas presents and both arrived damaged. This seller has done everything possible to firstly avoid me returning the items, and even though Game have confirmed that the seller has received the returns I have not received a refund as of 20th March 2019.
This matter is now being escalated to the Game Management team in the hope that that seller will do the right thing and issue a refund.
Note to seller: Please don't reply by saying you are sorry I have had a problem because you are not - You never answer the phone, you have ignored my last 6 emails, and Game have confirmed that you received the items nearly three weeks ago, and you still haven't bothered to return my money, so please don't ask me to email you as I know you won't reply.
Follow-up:
I have now received a refund after nearly four months, but the seller reported this review and claimed I had never shopped with them.
Trustpilot have received copies of the order invoice and have reinstated this review.
This could have all been avoided had you replied to emails in a timely fashion and issued a refund when you received the good back.

Do not order from this website
Do not order from this website! I ordered a product on the 21st of December 2019 and still haven't received it by the 3rd of January even though I was charged £9 for next day delivery. I have tried to contact them up teen times by phone and nobody ever answers, I have left messages that have not been replied to. Absolute joke!
