Myself and my partner have dealt with Linda for all our trips she has been very good and we both felt comfortable in asking her questions

Initially I chose Abbey travel after a phone call with a young woman who was helpful and very informative.
At their office in Killarney, I was greeted warmly by the staff.
No question was too much and they were professional and knowledgeable. I gained all I needed to know.
I was provided with an itinerary and further instructions for the next steps of my travel. All in all, Abbey Travel made me feel I was in very good hands. It was a delightful experience.

I deal with Jacynta in the Swords branch. She always looks after me and know what type of holiday I like and she never disappoints.

I have to say yvonne lommasey in the abbey street branch has smashed it with us last year and this year. She has sorted a cruise out for ten with kids, a week in lanzarote with name changes twice. And a city break in Liverpool.for us for Easter absolutely fantastic at her job feel like we know her and we've never met her. Kind regards martha and paul cleary Dublin.

I booked my husbands 40th trip to Iceland with Linda,she booked everything from flights,transfers,accomodation & the trips that I had suggested Id like to do. Everything ran smoothly & the hotel was perfect location.She was always at the end of an email or phone call when needed to ask questions about our upcoming trip. I will be keeping Linda in mind when booking my next trip.

Yvonne lomassy has been amazing from a week in lanzarote to cruises shes has been acceptional with her advice and prompt communication and such a nice lady too. From martha and paul cleary.

Excellent service provided by abbey travel for my mums funeral adam escorted the family in the 19 seater executive mini bus very polite and smartly dressed very professional throughout the day. Dragos was driving 53 seater executive. And once again very smart and professional thank you abbey travel

I used Abbey Travel to book a trip to Anfield Road for the Liverpool v Newcastle match. Paul was excellent from the outset friendly informative and efficient. The Hotel was excellent and the match tickets were first class. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

Used Abbey Travel for Man City v Wolves match, excellent hotel option near local transport. Tickets worked out easily. Very good service. Thanks to Paul and Warren for the support and calls when needed !

We are just home from the most Magical Disneyland Paris Trip as a family of 5, we stayed in the Hotel Cheyenne (Toy Story Theme) and had the best time. Linda who looked after me while booking went above and beyond nothing was too much hassle. Thank you so much for everything. I would highly recommend Abbey Travel to all.

Sinead is so friendly and caring, she is so considerate in dealing with customers. I recommended her because she is very good in public relationships. she is fantastic.

Dealt with a lovely lady called Linda in the Swords branch. She was very helpful and booked my holiday with ease. Definitely return for my next trip.

From the start of my search to the the last detail the process was absolutely brilliant.
They provided me with a great choice of hotels for the destination I wanted and thd flights are also excellent.
The small deposit of 25 euros and monthly payments is unreal.
They are now my go to travel agents.

I booked liverpool hospitality tickets with Paul Nolan and want to say a big thank you to him. My husband son and nephew had a fantastic time. Booking was so easy and Paul very very helpful with the installment process and received their tickets with no problems. Hotel was great location and they had great seats. Would definitely book with Paul again.

Just back from a 3 day trip 11-13Dec25 to Lapland with Abbey Travel / Sunway. Where to start…
I was hoping it would make for a special trip. Delighted to say it was far better, it was unbelievable!!!
From arrival in Dublin airport the magic started.
Special mention for Elmo, he entertained us all the way over & back on the flights along with Sugar-Plum. The lost & found parade was hilarious!!
The funniest, warmest, kindest elves ever!!
Bus transfers, snow suits were perfect. Frosty took care of us, and she was fantastic.
We stayed at Scandic Rukahovi hotel. Wow. What a location. Great rooms with balcony and views of the ski slopes. All meals were top class.
Breakfast had all options. Lunches were varied at the daily activities.
Evening meals were buffet style. Absolutely lovely, great range, beautiful options.
We only ate out once for a snack, and that was unnecessary, just to spend a few hours playing cards & pool in Colorado bar across the road.
Hotel is in centre of a ski resort town, perfect for wandering about in the few free hours to explore the surroundings.
Day 1 was free afternoon on arrival. We did a 1 min walk to take a cable car over the valley to ski mountain which was fab to play in the snow.
Day 2 husky ride through a forest. Unreal. Reindeer ride on a sled. Snowmobiles for adults + children. Free afternoon to explore Ruka outdoors surrounding + shops.
Day 3 was sleding downhill in snow onto a frozen lake, such fun. Elf school. Met Santa. Mrs. Claus bakery. Husky ride over a frozen lake. Feeding the reindeer. Evening buffet banquet with Santa & kids disco.
The only downside was that it had to end.
Have to say, a perfect holiday in every way. Bravo!!

We booked a Liverpool v Brighton package with Paul from Abbey Travel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear and timely emails and no issues at all with ticket delivery.

The hotel selection was very good and well located, and the match tickets were in a great lower-tier location. The pre-match entertainment in the Beats Lounge was a real highlight and added to the overall experience. Special guest was Steve Staunton.

A wonderfully organised trip that delivered great memories created — we would happily book with Abbey Travel again.
