From Trent coming round to give me a…
From Trent coming round to give me a quote to Pete and Spinner fitting my windows and back door, it was a very smooth and easy system.
Trent took time to match the colour of my back door to my kitchen, which I asked if it could be rosewood frame, white inside and green outside, this was no problem and it looks amazing.
Lynne a Jill in the office where very helpful and kept me up to date with the order.
Windows x4 and back door done in 1 day by spinner and Pete, a very professional and clean job done, very helpful guys.
I would highly recommend A&A windows

I recently had new glazing installed by A&A Windows in Harlow and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
My initial enquiry was dealt with very quickly by Trent Baker, who was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. Trent took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, presented several options to meet my requirements, and even provided SketchUp visuals to help me better understand the proposed design. There was never any pressure to make a decision, just honest advice and guidance to help me choose the right solution.
The installation team, Paul and Kevin, were equally impressive. They arrived on time, were extremely courteous, and carried out the work to a very high standard. They kept everything clean and tidy throughout the installation and clearly took pride in their workmanship.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers such a professional service from sales through to installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending A&A Windows to anyone looking for quality products, excellent customer service, and a hassle-free experience.
