Is a goodlooking en goodworking device.
The fact that I can’t exchange the CO2 cilinders in my country (The Netherlands)is less,also that you have to exchange 2 cilinders at once.
I bought it because I want to use less plastic bottles so all in all I am positive about my purchase.

This is my fourth Aarke product and I’ve never been disappointed. I have the kettle, carbonator, coffee press, and the silver bottles for on the go — all beautiful and great quality. Definitely worth the price. Delivery is always fast and customer service is super helpful. Such a great company!

I am really frustrated about the customer service!
I received a faulty kettle (O37584) and they offered me to send a replacement. So far so good. For their first answer I was already waiting over a week and now for the second answer - just to receive a return label - I am again waiting for over a week.
I don’t want to know how long it will take to send the replacement.
Unfortunately I can’t claim a refund via their online system by myself as it’s already been 30 days.
I cannot recommend this company if you have any issues as the customer service is not well organized at all. You only can reach them via e-mail. And it takes ages to receive an answer. This is really annoying. For this kind of pricy premium products they pretend to be, I really expect a well working customer service!
I hope you respond to this review faster than you do to my emails. So please get back to me asap. I want to return the product for a full refund. Don’t want a replacement any longer.

Fantastic customer support and a great product. I bought a second-hand Aarke which wasn't working properly and was out of warranty. Customer Support replied promptly via email and offered clear, simple instructions to fix it myself. It was all so surprisingly easy.
As for the carbonator, it's a sturdy build and I'm glad there is support for any issues I may encounter. A Sodastream is cheaper but the cheap plastic breaks easily (plus, Aarke doesn't operate in illegally occupied territory, massive bonus points)

I purchased a Carbonator Pro almost a year ago. The resource savings alone justifies the purchase. Had a glitch and the bottles would not seal💬Contacted Customer Service and unfortunately not an easy fix after sending video. Immediately responded and replacing with a new one. Fantastic company.
Love their kettle - 💯 plastic free, stylish and well insulated. Higher end product but you get what you pay for in this case.
High quality carbonator, sturdy and fantastic design. This is my second Aarke product. The name Aarke belongs among great Swedish names such as Volvo ... Husqvarna ...

The aftercare service is near non existent. (3 weeks for an inadequate response that doesn’t rectify the issue).
The Carbonator Pro looks great, and when it works it is. However they break down often. I have never had one last more than twelve months. One lasted three weeks. I am on my fourth now. (3 in my German address, one in France).
Given the hopeless after sales service provided by Aarke, if you buy one buy it from Amazon, who respond and replace, unlike the manufacturer.

I've ordered a carbonator via the website December 2nd, and the product has been shipped with DHL. However, after a failed delivery attempt the package is stuck at a DHL depot for 10 days. I contacted DHL, but they cannot do anything as Aarke has to contact them. I've also contacted Aarke, but there has been no response. This is a Christmas present I need to get before the 23rd of December, so the entire process is deeply disappointing.

We own two Carbonator pros and when we got our second one at our winter home the button on top was leaning to the right. They offered to replace it or give us 25% off- we chose 25% off last year and then a week ago the canister spring broke and would only retract half way up. I sent a video and they instantly said we can have a full replacement. We are so happy as we have had poor customer service experiences with some companies lately. We highly recommend Aarke!!
