I bought a new carafe jug from the website for my filter, cleaned it, filled up, and the handle cracked off without any force. The delivery of this item took weeks as opposed to the 1-3 days and they only sent it after I enquired about my delivery. I then emailed them after it broke as it was quite bizarre and must have been a structural issue with the glass or damaged during delivery, and I received no reply. Not very impressed with such an expensive brand, will stick to Brita.

Just bought a kettle from Aarke which is my first experience of the company. The kettle wobbles on its base and the counter. I have asked customer service to look at options, and they have not come back to me, even after numerous emails. Not very good!

Very disappointed as when I opened the box containing my order of a kettle and water filter, it was clear that the kettle was not brand new! The box had been opened, there was no plug cover or instructions and there were finger marks on the handle. I tried to call but no phone details are available. I contacted customer services via their website on the 22nd Jan 2026 and again a few days later and still no reply. I also sent a DM via Instagram but nothing. The lack of response gives a really poor impression of the company and as for sending out a used kettle...words fail! And I see from another comment that this is not an isolated case. I would really appreciate a reply with details of when I will receive the new kettle I ordered and paid for. Thanks Heather
Update - following my review I was contacted by Maria who was very helpful. I ended up going for a refund as I wasn't wanting to risk being sent another used kettle. I am very happy with the water filter though and love that it's not plastic.

I have accidently dropped the lid of my Aarke purifier. After contacting the customer service they replaced it for free within only hours. Best customer experience so far! Great products with great reliability.

I bought a large water purifier. The glass jug is supposed to come off for easy cleaning, but it is completely impossible to take it out, so I now have to clean it by hand which is frustrating. I followed all the instructions to try and loosen it up, warm water soak, oil, etc. Nothing works, it is completely stuck. Apart from breaking the glass there is no other way to separate the glass jug from the holder once it it in. Bad design.

I purchased a water purifier and when i opened it, i was horrified to see what looked like mouse droppings inside of it. When I reached out to customer service about this, I was hoping they would have something in the way of an explanation as to why this couldn’t have been the case or any indication that would take this seriously and look into. Instead I received a very rude response. I would have considered repurchasing if they had taken this seriously. It’s honestly worrisome. Some might not clean out the carafe as well and being exposed to mouse droppings can be dangerous.

Carbonator broke down within 30 days! This product looks good, but it didn’t meet expectations. Hopefully our new carbonator will last longer.

Returned CO2 cylinders as requested as soon as new cylinders were received in December. Charged £50 in January, and my email regarding this over a week ago with proof of postage has been ignored.
It's such a great model in theory, but since this is the first time we've used the refill service I'm concerned I'll be charged every time and have not yet received a refund for the owed £50.
If beauty is your only concern, this coffee maker fits the bill perfectly. That said, due to its many plastic components, it may not be suitable for those looking to avoid nanoplastics. I purchased the stainless carafe, but it disappointingly fails to maintain coffee temperature beyond a few minutes. The design of the SS carafe makes it hard to clean; you must disassemble, clean, and reassemble it. Right out of the box I had a fail. About 1 minute into the brew cycle it shut itself off. I had to restart. It didn't do it again for several weeks and then it started shutting down frequently. That's ok if you're near it, but if you start the brew and walk away then come back 10 minutes later to find it shut down it's very annoying to say the least. I contacted customersupport and received an email telling me to video the events as they happen. I could possibly understand doing that if it was constant, but as stated prior it is a random thing. They sent an email blaming the "magnetic float" in the water tank, suggesting that I might need to use a chopstick to free it. So, needless to say, customer support is a wash. Oh, and the auto grind feature, it's a joke it over grinds by at least double if not more. Yes, I bought the grinder too!
I am updating my review because the issue was solved very quickly by Aarke's customer service. Thank you.

I have been using the Refill CO₂ Cylinders system for over a year and have always been satisfied with the service—until my most recent order.
Despite returning my empty cylinders promptly after receiving the replacements, I was charged £50. I used the prepaid return label you provided, so I’m very concerned to hear that you are unable to track the returned cylinders.
Over the past week, I have sent several emails regarding this issue and have received no response. The lack of communication is disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal customer and would like to continue using your service.
I’m also unclear as to why I am being held responsible for tracking empty cylinders when the return process uses your own prepaid shipping label. This situation has unfortunately affected my trust in the service.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter as soon as possible, or at the very least respond to my several emails.

I purchased a water purifier 1.66ltr and absolutely loved it that I purchased a second on the 13th January with DPD next day. It now the 20th Jan and no delivery or status updated. Contacted customer service after a few days who said that there is some ware house issues. Emailed them again and had no response. Great product poor customer relations.

Ordered replacement cylinders. They arrived punctually, all good.
Awaited instructions on returning them. A month later I received an email, saying ‘please return them’, so I responded confirming that I would love to but haven’t had instructions.
I had no response and the next day was charged £50. I have written back twice more, STILL no response.

don’t usually write negative reviews, but unfortunately I feel compelled to share my experience. I placed an order 8 days ago with DPD next-day delivery and have still not received it, nor have I had any updates.
I’ve emailed customer service twice and haven’t received a response. This is especially disappointing as I had high hopes for this brand, particularly given its premium pricing.
At the moment, the lack of communication and delayed delivery have left me very disappointed. I hope this can be resolved soon.

If you are going to charge an absolute premium, the least I expect is a premium customer service

Unusable. The carbonator worked exactly once, and not more. I've been emailing customer service for a month now, who initially appeared helpful and who have now stopped replying to my emails. Would not recommend.

Although the swiss version of the website advertises “free shipping above 60CHF”, I got a customs invoice to the amount of 42 CHF.
Although if you go diving into the general conditions you do find a disclaimer to this effect, the “free shipping” statement is entirely misleading.
In short: do not order from Aarke if you are outside the EU. In Switzerland, use Galaxus or similar.
I have the large water filter and love it. After 6 months, the glass carafe did break very easily while I was taking it apart for cleaning. However, customer support was very helpful and sent me a replacement for free.
