I ordered boots mid December never…
I ordered boots mid December never received the email with order number but was charged for the boots. Finally got a response from the company with tracking details on 19.1.2020 which said delivered on 19.1.20 ???? The admin is rubbish. I complained on web chat but apparently you can’t complain on that as it is only for orders not processed....ridiculous! Over a month £29.99 paid and nothing. Would never recommend this company

Incapable of doing what they say they will do. Poor communication.
I ordered boots from this company. Took 10 days to arrive. They were too big. The package contained no invoice or returns form. They cost £29 but the customs declaration on the package label said they were valued at under £4.00!! I emailed the company asking how I coudl return them and exchange for a smaller size. The company reply was that they woudl send me a smaller size and I did not need to return the over-large ones. They said they would send the new pair 'very fast'. It is now 15 days on and I have received NOTHING. They do reply to emails but take around 2 days each time. Eventually I asked for a refund but their email reply to this was "and sorry but we can't refund as soon as your order has been sent out !" This makes no sense. I would avoid this company in future.
