Shocking company!!
I wish now I read the reviews before making a purchase.
I ordered the deal 2 pairs for 1.
Received 1 pair in a plastic bag and got in touch with them as I hadn’t received the other pair.
Again like other reviewers stated. They were all for sending me another pair to complete my order as they said they would.
Them kept saying their delivery people had stated the weight coincides with 2 pairs.
They kept saying they had been conned before!!
Basically they are the con artists. I would not touch them with a barge pole!!!

Terrible company. Refused to refund my items despite me showing evidence that i have returned my items with receipts from royal mail. Said i have to raise a dispute with royal mail myself. Awful company avoid.

I never received my order, I order 2 t-shirts on March 16th and it is now June 19th. I have sent many emails and I only received 2 back saying "give us a week and we will have it sent out to you" I have still been emailing and now no one will answer me back. Very bad place to work with will never use again and will tell people never to buy from. They can't even make it right. Would give -0 starts if possible!

Same as lots of other have written, I received boots for Christmas (6 weeks ago) are now unfit for purpose. Seams on top of boots have all come apart and the soles have split in 4 places so feet get wet while walking.
Contacted them and won’t offer refund or exchange because 14 days have passed! Absolutely ridiculous. Going to take this further as it is against customer rights.

I would not advise anyone to buy from this company. They are not reputable and their customer service is terrible. I bought a pair of Canada boots which developed a fault within 5 weeks of wear. AandF refused to accept responsibility, saying that their warranty is only for 14 days. I expect a pair of boots to last longer than 5 weeks. AandF obviously do not care about goodwill and good relations with its customers. A reputable company would have either replaced the faulty boots or given me a refund.

I bought a pair of the Canada boots for my wife. First time worn walking across a field of damp ankle high grass and her feet wear soaked.

Tried contacting A&F customer services via their online form, messenger on their website and email and had no response after over 3 weeks and counting.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I would leave a 0 but can't. Basically DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a pair for Xmas and they delivered the wrong size. I paid for another pair on their £3.99 scheme and these where wrong too. They then said they was going to send me another pair URGENTLY. Its been 2 weeks now and not heard ANYTHING. I've asked for a refund now and still NOTHING.
Please do not buy from this company.

Terrible service, took 3 weeks to supply half my order, where are the other pair. Knowone knows!!! False sizing. I ordered a UK 7 i recieved 1 pair or 42. Since when has a European 42=7uk. The company will say that they are not European 42 they are Chinese 42.!!! I did do research before buying but clearly not enough. Now according to lots of other reviews I can wear them and wait for them to fall apart! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam company. Sent wrong sized boots, no returns, offer to compensate £5.

Originally I posted how I was disappointed in this company. Anyway they did contact me admittedly weeks after my emails to them. They apologised for the delay in response and sent me another pair ( wrong sizing had been the issue) free of charge, no postage costs and I did not have to return the original pair. This is a, great result. If this company could get their customer service uniformally good, then they would get much better reviews. I'm happy with my result but it took some time. I received a pair of boots that were not the quality I expected, they arrived late and did not fit. I returned by signed for delivery and have not received a refund.
So disappointing...
Do not buy from this unreliable company.

Ok - my boots have just been delivered in just under a month - but the parcel tracking was rubbish - luckily I heard the mail man knocking - they are the right colour and a good fit and as described - but definitely not worth more than £30.
They are very comfy but I doubt if the soles are slip proof in icy conditions and if the boots are properly waterproof - they are made of cheap synthetic material - they probably wouldn't last very long if you wore them to work and back daily or took them on long walks daily - but they are fine for short walks on mildly wet days as long as you don't go wading through wet grass. They also make good indoor slippers.

I've ordered a boot for my Mom, Order number 15235, £29.99 - arrived in the wrong size and in a pathetic quality: shiny rigid plastic sole, cheap upper part.

I've returned it by post, sent email with the proof of the return. I've received one reply that they are checking my inquiry. More than 1,5 month passed, no more replies, no refund.

This is a scam company.
Wish I have read the many similar feedbacks before I believed their professional advert and ordered.

Do not order with this company.
Money taken from my account on October 21st. Now 14th November. No contact number for company and emails go unanswered. No goods received. Have spent ages on Chinese website trying to track order.

I placed an order for 2 pair of boots over a month ago which I still haven’t received. I have emailed numerous times with no joy, the only email that I got was saying they’ve been delivered and I should check with a neighbour!!! Absolutely disgusting company who have no regard for anyone they just take your money and after that there is no customer service. Avoid this company at all cost!!

I bought a pair of boots and a pair of shoes from this company - so badly made. Firstly I didn't receive a confirmation email with any kind of tracking so when they didn't arrive it was hard to contact and chase. They finally arrived from 'China' but caused ankle pain. I finally got in touch with them via messenger but they would not give a refund unless I paid the postage which was going to cost quite a bit. They finally persuaded me to get another set of these in a bigger size for a total price of just £7.98. Then to send them confirmation of the payment with the order details and my name and address. They sent me an email with their email address. By now I had been onto them all day trying to resolve this because they kept not answering on messenger. I did as they asked but noticed that they had given me a strange email address which at a quick glance fools you! The email they gave me was ended 'aandf.co.co.' (I am not allowed to give full email address that I was given on this site) - I have tried all combinations but to no avail the emails are are all returned as undelivered. They event have this email address under their 'terms and conditions'. I have tried again to contact them via messager and it shows that they have seen my message but they don't answer. A complete scam which I don't usually fall for so I am kicking myself that I somehow got duped with this lot! Even in the box below on Trustpilot it says "let AandF now about your review. Just check the box and we'll notify them. The email is not even in a correct format! They obviously trade under different names as these shoes and boots appear on FB all the time with different companies. AVOID AVOID AVOID - unless you want to be scammed like me!

I'm also trying to return faulty boots and no phone number and no reply to my emails...off to my credit card for a refund!

I ordered a pair of boots from aandf but they are smaller than the size 41 stamped on them. There was no despatch note, no return address, no paperwork of any sort, and they are ignoring my emails requesting help to return them for a refund.
