Great company

I was happy with my purchase from A Little Something, but there were a few issues that kept it from being perfect. The rose itself looked lovely, and the delivery was very fast, which I appreciated. However, the packaging left something to be desired — the box arrived a bit dented, and the presentation didn't quite match the high quality of the product. While customer service was friendly and helpful, I still feel there’s room for improvement. Overall, an okay experience, but I wouldn’t rush to recommend it.

Customer service from everyone I spoke to was outstanding and friendly; the team should be very proud of themselves. Reason for only 4 stars was that I was a little disappointed with the packaging, box arrived a bit dented and the presentation of the single rose was also disappointing. I preferred the acrylic box tbh.

The flowers looked amazing and were very competitively priced. I messed up the delivery date and Cath from customer services helped sort it with immediately. The first set of flowers was damaged by the courier in transit, again they immediately sorted it. I can't recommend the product or company highly enough!

Delivery was excellent, superfast! I ordered Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning. The presentation is second to none, all the little touches, quality materials, wax gold seal on the card, gold foil lettering, beautifully replicated personalised message in lovely font, and then the infinity rose in the box. The rose was large, beautiful and bright (I bought the rainbow rose) and the ribbon around the box topped it all off - it all made for an absolutely beautiful gift and the recipient was so pleased and commented on the quality and class of the gift. Thank you so much! First class in every aspect! I would recommend this company 1000%
