My very first time purchasing a wig and A-list lace hair was recommend to me by my friends. I’m so pleased I made an appointment and purchased a wig from them. Customer service was exceptional and I was made to feel super comfortable. I will definitely be returning for another wig for sure. Definitely took away my fear of wigs!. I high recommend this company. Very pleased

I have purchased several wigs from this company and initially the quality was amazing. I have purchased the same wig twice and the difference in quality was shocking. The hair was thin and lace appeared to be quite poorly constructed. Something has changed! . This is really disappointing as I thought I found somewhere consistent to purchase all my wigs from.

Second wig I have purchased from this company luckily I didn’t rush into the 3rd . Let me start off by saying the wig if you can fit it yourself is worth the money . The service however is not . On my first visit my wig was bleached I was asked if I wanted baby hairs I said no . my lace was cut elastic fitted and it fit like a glove . Asked how I wanted it styled I went for big loose curls . I walked out of there and for the next few weeks I was literally turning heads . I then decided stupidly to glue the wig down for a holiday . It was never the same after that . Even cleaning the glue off it never laid flat . So I decided to splurge on a new one instead of paying for travel and £50 again for an re fit , and this time I would not put glue anywhere near it . It was my birthday I was leaving the salon and going straight out . Well the visit started well I had a fitting of another wig I had my eye on that was were the good times ended . Payment taken I’m Shown to my seat the quietness is kinda uncomfortable even for me someone autistic who doesn’t like small talk . £320 on a wig ,not so much as a how’s your day would you like a glass of water but whatever . I was happy to see the same girl was doing my hair who had done it previously. Off she went to bleach the hair she came back it didn’t blend into my skin as it had previously, ah that’s annoying but she is winging it I accept I was extremely lucky last time no make up was needed at all . Which was good because I don’t wear it . But hey ho , she mentions baby hairs and I say no I don’t want them , “oh we have to do them but I’ll brush them out so they don’t look harsh “
Ok i reluctantly I say . She cuts one side and I ask her not to do the other . I pull up the pictures of the last visit and show her I didn’t have any . She gets on with sorting the wig . I express that it feels looser and she explains she hasn’t put the elastic back on yet .😬(styling it before it was in place . The she put the elastic on ask me if I want the wet look I decline but she sprays it anyway just to make the curls pop flattening the top . ( not what I want but I just run my fingers through it and lift it ) she then stood back and ask if it was ok . I could help it a nervous laugh came out as I asked if she was leaving it like that . Two flaps lifted which would be exposed with every blow of the wind and turn of my head. She explained that is why they need to do the baby hair so they can “gel” down the flaps . I was so upset by this point I had a good wig at home I didn’t want to glue down and definitely didn’t want it on this brand new one . I told her once again I didn’t have that last time ( I had the old wig on me and offered to put it on to show how it fit because even after all the gluing it had endured it was still only the top that was lifting . She declined . ) I pointed out repeatedly how the whole basis of the company was that it was a glueless wig . She continue to persuade me that it need “gel” to train the tab and after the first application it wouldn’t need it . I have in . She was done again ! Or so you would hope . No four times she had to re do the elastic because it was either pushing my ear forward or covering my ear or just not right . Time was up and I reluctantly accept that it was done . But not before taking a photo in the toilet of how she let me walk out to show my friend who was eagerly awaiting the result . I walked out ( no good bye thank you your hair looks lovely thanks for your custom ) and put my hat on . Absolutely devastated. I rushed back to Essex got on with my day . Finally getting home in time to get ready for dinner . My wig is so far back on my head ( they are definitely going to know ) gutted I tell the girls to tell me if it starts shifting through dinner . Which they did . Even after a couple of glasses of bubbly I got in bed that night so angry . I phone two days later when they are next open after leaving a message the day before for the owner to ring me . Ask again to speak to the owner . Declined . Back and fourth about how unhappy I am to which the manager is sympathetic and suggest that it’s the elastic that needs to be adjusted. Come in and we will sort it or send it to us and we can refund the wig . Now here comes the kicker . Not them sending a prepaid envelope obviously I will have to send it recorded . Not them offering to refund the £25 I will have to pay to get back there . Not them so much as offering even part of the fitting price back as I certainly did not get what I pad for . No not only had I now spent £405 on a wig that is only good under a hat ( perfect with summer on the way !) I was going to have to pay another £25 to have their mistake rectified. Had I of found this company and they were in Manchester would I pay £50 to travel there ? No I would go without . I will spend an xtra £8 on clothing rather then pay £3.99 delivery so you can imagine how sure I am that I would never spend £50 on travelling to london .
Shocking customer services considering no one is spending less than £220 per transaction.

Another trip to AList hair salon, this time I opted for Naomi 18inch, absolutely love it! Staff super friendly, professional and helpful. Really happy with my new do! Thanks team A List, you never disappoint. I would definitely recommend their services !

Thank you to the team for the great service. Upon arrival Seyi was great at the front desk and I had an efficient consult with the manager. The stylist Giselle is a very experienced professional and delivered what I wanted! Highly recommend visiting the studio!

I have just received my custom colour full lace Serena unit. Overall I am happy with it, the quality of the hairline is exceptional. However there are a few issues which is why I've given a 4 star and why I feel slightly disappointed given the £460 I paid. Firstly it took me over a week of emails going backwards and forwards to actually get a price for the unit I wanted, they only replied with one email a day and would reply in the very early hours (1.30/2am) of the morning which I thought was strange and delayed things initially, the admin team need to be more proactive with replying to emails. I received my unit exactly 5 weeks after ordering as advised and arrived the day after it was shipped. I ordered a small and whilst the cap does fit and is comfortable around the head and the head circumference, underneath it gapes ALOT and the slide does not stay tucked under the band. I ordered a full lace because I loved the option of tying it up and it looking natural, but because of how it gapes at the bottom it can't be worn tied up high unless I get my needle and thread out which is disappointing. Apparently the knots are already bleached but they are quite obvious on the transparent lace but unless your staring at the hairline you wouldnt notice. Overall I am happy with my purchase, it looks natural but for the price I would have expected a lot better fit and more timely communication with the admin/sales team. I would still consider another unit but would have to travel to London to go to the shop to try a medium cap, other units and to see what tricks they have to stop the gaping at the bottom.

I got my very own A List Lace Hair wig and I am very happy with my wig! Consultation by Merline was excellent. Styling and product information by Toya was amazing. I will recommend to family and friends.

The salon is clean and luxurious. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered a hot drink. Ify who I had my consultation with was so lovely and was only to happy to help. She brought me a range of styles to choose from and wasn't at all pushy.
The environment in the salon could be a little warmer, the stylists bearly spoke to clients but this didn't detract from them fitting the wigs well.
I have to say I love the wigs at A-list Hair, they are long lasting, don't smell and easy to care for.

The ladies at A list hair were so friendly and helpful. This is my first wig purchase and the hair is amazing quality. I went for the Jasmay unit which is the yaki texture. I've recently had it styled by a hairdresser to thin it out a bit as it's very thick hair and to bleach the knots. When straightened it gives a relaxed look.
I do think it would be good if Alist hair could include straightening the hair for the £50 style charge. However this doesn't take away the fact that the hair is great quality.

Staff very welcoming and informative.

Hair (wig) very nice was a good fit once i myself had played around with it .

Paying 50 pound for fitting I though was a bit much , but went with it anyway .( I should not have )
I was disappointed with the fitting experience as I feel I could have done it myself.

I also had to go to a different salon the next day to have a fringe cut ,the lace was very visible and so annoying.

As when seen on the Photograph's and videos on the site you can not see the lace , this is why I decided to go here.

i was disappointed considering the price charged.

Few questions answered...

(1 ) Would i go back ?
No unfortunately not

(2) Would I recommend ?
Unfortunately not.

(3) Can I use everyday without having to style ?
No
( However now fringe is cut in, I suppose I will get more of a daily wear from it.)
Which in turn for me is a good outcome as I spent the evening after fitting and purchasing the wig very disappointed with my expensive purchase which I actually thought I would not be able to wear .
Thank God for my local salon who made it possible.

If I could give 10 out of 10 I would!!! I've been a customer for a few months and each time they deliver 100%. The level of customer service is outstanding - welcoming and very attentive. I often come back to get a refit and style. The results are excellent, it looks amazing and worth every penny. I'd definitely recommend!!!
