Overall pleased with product and packaging. Good value for money for the two products. Site could make it clearer as to what products were included in the package - wording was a little ambiguous. Included manual only in German - not a big issue as it is fairly intuitive, an online link to a translated version would be useful as one graphic showed what not to do but I could not understand the why with the wording. Would recommend product.

The power bank is good but doesn’t last…
The power bank is good but doesn’t last as long as I thought. It’s good for one and a half charges of my iPhone 16pro. I love that it’s magnetic though. I never got the Englis instructions as requested even though I promptly sent a photo of the instructions I received with the pack so a bit disappointed with that.

Do not buy from this outfit. I was taken in by the great marketing. Bought two chargers. Neither worked after first discharge, would not recharge. Contact A’DAR who asked for video & pictures. Seems an automated response we and each time I chased, they asked for videos and pictures. I have reported to my bank as a scam & fraud.

Poor communication. Have not received product as of yet and not sure it will be received based on other reviews. Should have checked Trustpilot first. If no response within the next few days will dispute charges. Aware of high workload and delivery times over this time period, but have had no issues with any other supplier who communicate their delays if needs be.

I do think that English instructions…
I do think that English instructions should have been added to the pack . The design itself is typically German . Highly engineered,slim and good looking. However , there are still bits that don’t understand.

Good charger, but let down by magnet
The actual charger works well and certainly does charge the devices I have. However, the flimsy magnetic disk / circle that requires to be attached to the rear then stopped my phone from charging properly on my wireless charger at home. It also doesn't allow the phone to be charged easily whilst there is a cover on it - this is a bit of a poor flaw in the product, and not what the advertised videos would have you believe - considering I spent £100 on two chargers, this was a bit of a let down.

Poor delivery

Scam company - do not use
I ordered 3 powerpacks on 18th December and they took payment the same day. I was notified there would be a 3 day delivery time. On 4th December I still had not received it so as this would not arrive before the intended purpose ( birthday gifts ) I asked for a cancellation and refund. I was sent a response saying "null" by your customer service agent
Lea Döhring.
I then received the goods on 24th December - 6 weeks after I ordered them so my cancellation was ignored.
I am now asking for a return information and refund - AGAIN! Scam company

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a charger, read the reviews. Emailed 10 minutes after ordering to cancel it as no longer needed. Since then they send the same automated email asking why I want to cancel the order. I’ve got nowhere with the refund. They are scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!!

It took 8 weeks to arrive, and it arrived faulty (i.e. didn't charge wirelessly).
I send which seemed like hundreds of e-mails, and even sent a video of the fault. However, very poor communication. I'm still awaiting a resolution.

Finally received the power bank unit
Finally received the power bank unit, so I've waited to update my previous review with regards to poor delivery and communication from the company.
First impressions was it look well built, aesthetically looks really good, small and compact compared to others I've had, so some plusses.
Then when comes the performance or the lack of it, everything i thought was good went out of the window in seconds and made me feel severely let down with product.
The power bank unit has a 100% charge and can't charge my phone with 25-30% battery left without going flat.
The power rating of the unit is 5000mA, it's more like 1000mA in practice.It charges the charge up to about 65% and then the unit is flat.
I've got other bulkier units of the same power rating which charge the phone to full with no issues.
Also found the unit gets extremely hot when charging.
Would I recommend this to others, not on my experience.
Feel really disappointed on the whole.
Had to give a 1-star score, however it's more like 0-0.5 stars based on my experience.
Hope others have better look, but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone if asked.
