Great product slow delivery
As my 1st review was removed I wanted to write again with more detail.
The product is really good however I ordered it on November 3rd and did not receive it until December 1st. Not what is advertised as 1-2 days UK delivery on the website.
I contacted support on 6 occasions and was given the sorry about this give me the order details and I will look into it for you. All 6 times, they never came back to me with an answer. Great product and I would buy again if they could guarantee the lead times advertised.

Delivery was painfully slow but the product is excellent so, ultimately, worth waiting for.
The wait would have been a little more tolerable if there had been any communication to manage my expectations.

I paid my money in good faith and you kept it and the goods
I’m still fighting with them

Should’ve checked Trust Pilot first!
Complete fraudsters! Claim to be uk based shipping but in fact comes from Germany. Ordered mid December and still not received anything. Asked for a refund and some muppet just keep copy and pasting the same responses over and over again. One minute it’s that the refund is on its way, the next they want to order number to investigate further, then it’s why I want a refund, then goes in a circle. In the end I’ve put in a claim to get my money back from my credit card company.

Awful. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before I ordered and paid!
I placed an order for 3 batteries. Only one has arrived. I immediately contacted A-dar who, initially, responded saying they would look into it. I have been chasing since and I still don't have the missing items or a refund. And now, not even a curtesy of a response!
Do not fall for their marketing which seems to be the only thing they do well.

Nice device, but it doesn't deliver enough power to fully recharge an iPhone 14 Max Pro. But it's nice and slim, and good as an emergency backup.

Great tech for a boost, a bit expensive!
It’s a nice design, and a good touch is the extra magnetic ring for your case. The bank hold enough charge to take you phone from 0 to about 80%, so not quite a full charge.
The upside is it’s small and can stay attached without cables, and without creating an unsightly bulge in your pocket.
The downside -I think it’s quite expensive for what it is given the abundance f cheaper options out there

Arrived quickly. Useful to have the spare charger. Charger is very light and stays attached with the magnet so can leave in a pocket or bag to charge up. Takes about an hour to fully charge from a low percent but you can still use the iPhone while charging.

Order 2137 not delivered
I ordered a powerbank in early November 2025. Order 2137
It was eventually sent on Dec 8th via DHL packet. LE073518547DE
It arrived on Lufthansa 8320 in Dublin then nothing.
Tracking ends with plane landing
Adar via Lea have no customer service just vacant platitudes.
The 30 day EU delivery has longpassed and nothing.
It is their job to fulfill the contract on their side.
Poor uncaring company best avoided.
After doing as requested here

Charger failed to arrive the first time. I contacted the company and quickly received a replacement. The charger appears well made and was well packaged it is slim and easily fits in my purse.

Size Great, Features Good, but not that practical.
I like the size of the unit, the convenience that brings. The display and stand are great features.
But… it lacks capacity. It does not fully charge an iPhone. If the phone is at 40%, you will achieve one charge only to 100%.
Also, using magnetic charge the device becomes too hot to handle. So mixed feelings.
