Hey glen(below review) it's not just you. They(888) been scamming citizens, we the people for decades and these corrupt governments just keep taking there cut and allowing them to victimize society. Dont expect to play real poker

I've played many poker sites over the last 20 years and this has got to be the most fixed I've ever been on. I started playing on this site a few weeks ago. I've had AA on 7 occasions. Everytime it went all in preflop. Everytime KK has been against me and everytime a K came in the first three cards. The odds off KK being out against AA everytime is impossible and for KK to win everytime in the first three cards drawn is also impossible. THIS SITE IS DEFINITELY FIXED. I've left the site winning a little as I'm not to bad a player. But when you keep getting taken out by a rigged site it's not easy. Well they've replied and asked me to contact them. Have been trying all day and not been able to get through. Its just a blank page with a ring in the middle going around and around and nothing. Total waste of time.
Finally got through to customer services and told to go to hand history and get info. Did what they said put it said the app I play on does not support hand history. Went back to them and total waste of time. Just told me the same thing again. Wouldn't trust this site and there customer services is total rubbish.

I personally don’t trust it
I personally don’t trust it, a lot of people say it’s fair and it’s just variances on account of seeing more hands but to me that’s the perfect cover.
I believe they use house bots most likely in countries like Belarus and Ukraine where the algorithm of the cards will always favour them and ensure you lose over and over and as fast as possible so you deposit again.
I have gambled for a long time playing all different games, betting on sports ect I’ve never known a faster way to lose your money than playing poker online.
At least slot machines tell you they will give you at least 85% of your money back eventually over the spread of a million pounds, on 888 im certain that 99.99% of players will never get a penny back of your money in any form of variance.
The give aways are also terrible, recently they had a scratch off game where you get 16 cards over 45 hands to hit in your whole cards, you play for hours and hours eventually hit it only to win 25cent.
Spin the free wheel and it doesn’t give anything ever but a free roll nothing else truly exists and you’re delusional if you think it does.
I got a notification on my phone saying congratulations to a player who won 35k playing blast, lo and behold this player was Romanian.
Blast is a terrible game you never get anything but 2 to 1 at best but 90% of the time you play against 2 other players to win even money, bum deal another game purely rigged for the house.
Therefore my conclusion is it’s probably not a good idea to trust this company it’s also not healthy consuming so much time staring at screens your better off playing live where you know it’s legit, no bots no algorithm no ai just actual human beings and a fair deck.

I have to say that in the begining i thought 888 was pretty fraudulent it just seem that way because i could never seem to get a win... i stuck with them tho and over time they have proven to be very trustworthy, as a VIP i enjoy instant withdrawls and deposits and this year Ive withrawled over 100k the only delays have been on the weekend (and even then they've done instant) or as I said in the begining. I always get through to an agent on chat which i do daily, their agents are awesome and i always leave with a bonus. Trust is a two way street and it need to be built, if you can put up with the longer WD process in the beging its worth it.
I play poker and casino, early this year I manage to win quite a few Freerolls with first place prizes of up to 3k Cad Ive won many 109 buy in tickets from the daily wheel and then win first in the tournament as well. And i also hit a jackpot on the Rocky slot for 10k that took them 2 days to pay, which they made in two installment back to back, i wasnt complaining.
These guys are legit hands down.
I recomemd them and deem them 100% trustworthy.

I think 888 poker despise their customers
I am trying to find out why my account has been blocked from receiving bonuses. I have asked Live Chat they told me to email. I emailed 2 months ago and no one has responded. Then I was told to go on Reddit but they told me to go on Live Chat. I wrote a review on here and 888 responded by telling me to let them know my account details but they didn't tell me where to send the details and I am unable to respond to them on here. Is it some kind of sick joke? Does 888 really despise their customers this much? I've been trying to find out why this decision was made for literally weeks. After 9 days of waiting to get my verification, i took the rest of my deposit out that day. If you want to play high stakes poker for real money with other bots then be my guest, out of several games i saw 4 of a kind come up 5 times, and again out of several games i had the same cards (exactly) 4 times, i think one person i met was real (probably AI is very good these days), they say these coincidences happen because the game is faster playing than normal, i tried to explains it was the number of hands not the time that had elapsed that had these very strange coincidences, but did not get an answer back because the email was obviously written by.... yep you guessed it, A Bot. dont waste your time with this for Gawds sake

In reply to 888poker response. My username was attached to this. You don’t offer email support and the customer service on live chat and the woman on the phone was rude and not interested. Look into the for me before I take it to the UK Gambling Commission.

Having played with 888poker/casino for a few years no issue.
I had an email on the 5th November stating I have net deposit limit set on my account by 888. This limit was $1300 dollars per month.
I was the allowed to deposit over $5000 on the 5th and 6th November.
Contacted them on chat and they were rude and told me they hadn’t broken any gambling regulations.
Had a call off them and I explained the same, I was told she would raise this as a high priority and I will receive an email. They have no email support anymore where you can email. You can only receive them.
Does anyone know who I can contact regarding them breaching this.. because with a net deposit limit. $1300 dollars is the maximum from the 5th November - over $5000 was deposited and used.

This place is a sham with a highly suspect RNG. Never felt so distrustful of a poker site as I do playing here. The "blast" games are unreal with the constant set ups and the tournys are just as bad. Busting out and never playing here again. There are better places to play. Their endless youtube shills can get in the sea as well!

It's a scam
It's a scam. They froze my account with the plan to unlock it after my deposit bonus worth $900 had expired. I have legal action pending against them that they think will pass but will not, I plan to chase this all the way regardless of legal costs.
