Delivery: Eddy & Andres
Eddy and Andres were wonderful. They arrived on time, immediately covered their shoes without being asked prior to entering our house. They worked quickly and communicated effectively throughout the delivery process. They were very professional and cleaned the space up before leaving. They answered any questions I had and genuinely appeared passionate about the product and providing satisfactory service. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great couch and great delivery experience
We are really enjoying our couch so far and like how customizable they are. We also had a good customer experience. The showroom in San Jose was very big and we were able to look through all the swatches and fabrics and take a few home to compare to our space. We also had a great experience with the delivery team. The first delivery we had some issues and stains on some of the seat cushions and the delivery team immediately took the initiative to reach out to the vendor to fix the issue. Frankie from customer support personally reached out to help with the replacement. We got the replacement out in no time and the delivery team Eddy and Santiago were so helpful. They even steamed all the covers and fluffed all the pillows. They were very friendly and showed us how to re-arrange the configuration.

The sofa is absolute gorgeous
The sofa is absolute gorgeous. So comfortable! The entire process, from my visit to their showroom, to the delivery and white glove installation, was perfect. My order was ready in about two weeks, which was faster than the wait time quoted. Aaron was the main delivery guy and he did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company and their beautiful furniture.

I needed replacement and repositioning on our new sofa. The team has been exceptional on all levels.
Today , Alex put the sofa together with the new covers he was professional, and precise and exceptional at what he does. His precision and ability were top notch. First class young man! What an asset! His helper was Samuel who was also awesome!

I had a great experience with Chris and Juve from 7th Avenue Coach during my installation. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. They arrived on time, kept the workspace clean and organized, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the job.
It was clear they take a lot of pride in their work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was installed properly before wrapping up. The installation process was smooth and stress-free, and the end result looks fantastic. The product itself is amazing—high quality, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. Nick at the showroom in Los Angeles was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us figure out what worked best for our interests. I would absolutely recommend
I had an absolutely lovely experience buying my sofa from the Hayes Valley location in San Francisco. Patricia Kruger was an absolute dream to work with. I couldn't imagine a more considerate and professional person to work with honestly.
She was informative, yet not pushy and let me truly explore and get all of my questions answered.
The lead time was much shorter than expected and I wound up with my sofa in about 2 weeks time, which was on the shorter side of the 2-4 weeks quoted.
Delivery was a breeze! Alex and Jonathan arrived a little bit ahead of time even and were friendly and considerate of my building.
They were quite efficient and had everything set up quickly and gave me demonstrations on how to remove the covers to launder and how to access the storage.
Currently, I am in the process of working with customer service to exchange my covers because as absolutely beautiful as the rosewood pink is, it just didn't fit my space and I'm looking forward to going with the olive green.
Even with getting swatches and debating, I had rosewood blinders on because it's truly such a lovely shade of pink. That being said, the olive will bring lushness to my indoor jungle of plants and I'm very happy that 7th Avenue does allow a 1 time exchange of color, if you aren't satisfied with your original choice within 30 days.
That is such an awesome perk because you want to fall absolutely in love, once it's in your space. If you don't, you still have a chance to make it right. I love it when a company really wants you to be happy with your purchase.

Entire experience was great! Stefanie helped us find the perfect couch and was extremely informative. Due to renovations we weren't able to get the couch into the house for a while and had to keep rescheduling delivery but company was great about it. Aaron and Alex delivered the couch with exceptional service. They were really careful with the couch and took time to explain how to clean and move around.
