Games don’t load , website freezes and money is taking forever to withdraw.
Their website help says 3-5 days for the winnings to be sent … we are at day 5 and nothing.
Sad to say …. Nope don’t go there.
Other online casinos are deposit and withdraw on the same day !
Ok we are now at day 7 no deposit has been made and chatting with their help line which sadly just added more red flags… financial services only open Monday to Friday…. Does not work outside of normal business hours .. so no withdrawals are possible during any after hours. ( totally unlike other online games)
My winnings although small only $150.00 is still not been paid as of this date

I am extremely disappointed in the games loading on ISO safari, games freezing and yes their small print that says they can hold on to your funds this length of time when the other casinos payback in 24 hrs !
Update today I received my winnings.
They are very slow compared to other companies and so sadly I will never revisit their site.
Because my actual winnings were 150.85
And they only pay in dollar amounts so the .85 cents was not paid out.
