Trying to get my withdrawl has been brutal.

I have had my account nearly two years now but I've never won anything over 1000. I do play other sits so I wasn't a regular player on this site because I noticed majority are of the time it would just eat my money with very little wins quickly. I only give it a one because I have to give it something. This place is untrustworthy, and should never be considered for wasting one's hard earned money in. I got some free spins on big bass splash. And low and behold I win $50. It instantly disappears. I get all the relevant bet history in photos, proving in un mistakable screenshots that the money disappeared from my account unfairly. Dont ever play on this site!!!! I asked my withdrawal on a tuesday morning, now its friday night and nothing has been processed, they told i was top priority, that my processing was in its final stages, all of that on Wednesday. Now im friday night and nothing is completed. So ill probably have to wait 7 whole says just for them to process it (not even in my bank account yet). They will tell you different b*llcrap like they aim to do it as soon as possible, lying like telling you youre top priority. But at the end of the day they hold your money for a long time so you can cancel it and put it back on ther site!!! I repeat do not play on their website, its nearly a scam

Follow up to my original review
Although I had copies the chat transcripts, gringos tried to tell the platform that I was completing an offer for that my account didn't exist. Then my account was really closed by these guys and still hadn't gotten my money. I made my first review in January 2024, they replied to it September 2025.
It took months to get my money from them. And due to exchange rate flux and fees I lost about 50$ usd at the time $78 cad. However they always maintained i never had an account when the service i used tried confirm validation so they could pay me. Lost another $30 usd $48 cad. Meaning this company still owes me, $126 cad. My earnings should have been paid at the time of the the exchange rate within a few days.Not months because I had to wait on their attempts at deceptiveness, and they should pay me for the forty eight dollars that I lost.Because they lied to free cash.com. all and all i had the worst experience dealing with this casino ever. Their customer service is rude.

Your chat support can not tell there foot from there nose, I argued for over a month. When I said that, I would report you to the gaming commission, you closed my account. I have absolutely zero trust in you. Your a scam casino. You even convinced me that there was a glitch and that I needed to make another deposit to trigger the withdrawal of funds. I actually believed this could have been the case and made a deposit. Only to get told afterwards, but i had to wager and spend the deposit to be able to take out any money. And I did, and I want more money. And still wasn't able to withdraw. I kept getting told that somebody from the back office would call me in twenty four hours. I heard the same story for a month before.I warned that I would call the gaming commission. And wouldn't you know it. You closed my account. And kept my money!
I have neither the patients or stamina to deal with a bunch of crooks.

Don't waste your money playing at this site. The payout is extremely slow. Each customer service rep gives you a different excuse. I've been waiting 4 days now and still haven't been paid. Plus, they push your waiting period to the weekend and then tell you they don't process weekends to make you wait two extra days! I submitted my withdrawal on a Tuesday and am still waiting.

Absolutely diabolical company. I won a sum of $2400 tried to withdraw and was told 800 a day.. no problem there. The problem started when my withdrawal request have been cancelled numerous times with no reason why. Chat messages not answered or cut off and generic emails with no info when the cancellation happens. No reply to my emails to the finance team either. Now after 2 weeks one payment was made to me the other two again cancelled. This has now happened roughly 5 times with nothing but false promises it will get paid. Each withdrawal request taking days to come back as cancelled. Will be seeking legal advice if they get cancelled once more. I use the same bank every time, if one withdrawal can work so should the rest!
