Be careful.. Be Away..
I returned my car at Istanbul airport.. They told me: we will pay deposit back within 21 days.. I kept contacting them everyday..
100 times I called them via e.mail, phones, Whats up.. No answer... They blocked me to stop my calls. I am totally disappointed.. Be careful please.. read comments on trustpilot and Google map.. you will see that thousands of customers say that they are scammers..
SCAMMERS. Now about 9 months of waiting for my money... ANYONE CAN HELP ME TO GET MY DEPOSIT ?

This car rental company is scam. They took €500 deposit on my rental. It has been more than 90 days they still have not removed the hold on the deposit. When I returned the vehicle I have told that it usually takes 14 to 21 days. They gave me a vehicle that had very bad tires after calling them and complaining many times tires were changed. They don't care about the safety of people at all
Shouldn't be business liars! I am from Turkiye and have been renting vehicles since 2016 whenever I go to Turkiye but never had an experience like this. Don't do business with them they are thieves!

I strongly recomend: Do not uses this fraudulent company. They will never return your deposit. When picking-up the vehicle in Sabiha Gokçen Airport in Istambul last Jan/01, I made a 500 EUR deposit, that never came back after droping of the car on 22/Jan. There are more than hundred complainings report, presenting the same situations.

Absolute scam, did not return my 500 euro deposit, first said it will take 21 days now they are not replying to my calls. Just like the comments below, I have been scammed, will take legal action.

Rented a vehicle from them for 2 weeks in August 2025 paid everything what they wanted ,they saud ill get deposit back after 20 days ,still to this day no deposit refunded they won't answer calls or anything they are scam and ripping ppl off becareful dont rent from them at all.

Very bad rental company and rude personnel . I regret dealt with this rental company. They refused to provide me with complete invoice and did not give me the receipts after contract ends. I warn anyone dealing with this type of low class company. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Unprofessional company.

I am a regular traveller to Istanbul, I rented from these guys using a booking.com affiliate. 724rent.com is a scam operator.

If you use a scraper site for searching like car trawler, then check the supplier, if it is 724RENT, run a mile.

They made up some spurious claims about scratches on the vehicle I rented, I made prostrations because I had taken photos of the vehicle before hand, they essentially held me prisoner until I paid.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

big thieves that charged us double the original price of the car and refused to refund us after that just because of some damages that were there before our purchase , they are big liars, there is few more rent a cars there like mat car and all they are scammer and big mafias he is tell liar i never damaged any car

I don’t advice anyone to rent from 724rent
I was promised my €1,000 security DEPOSIT would be returned within two weeks (from 1st of March-2025), but it’s now been over 6 weeks with no sign of it, and recently with NO REPLY.
Although, others good car rent companies in same country, deposit was returned within few days.

724 Car Rental operates like a SCAM, and it’s a shame they seem to get away with it regularly.
I strongly advise against using this company.

Absolutely to be avoided! This agency is a complete scam. The service is terrible, and they don’t even bother answering the phone. I paid a deposit in advance, but when I arrived at the scheduled time – which I had clearly communicated to them – no one picked up my calls. In the end, I didn’t get the rental car, and they refused to refund me. They simply took my money and disappeared. Stay away from this place – they are nothing but thieves!

I made a reservation for a car rental in Istanbul with this agency.
Unfortunately the agency refused to give me the car. They did not "manage" to withdraw the deposit, despite trying 4 credit cards in MY NAME. They never inserted my card into the TPE, pretending that it is done on the internet.

This is unacceptable. This is the first time this has happened to me.

I suppose this is a dishonest agency. They first asked me for a deposit of 500 euros, while the contract said 100 euros.

Then they openly asked me to pay an additional 380 euros if I wanted to get the car back. This is unacceptable.

To be completely honest, this 'company' is run by scammers and thieves. I felt validated and appalled when I read other reviews across many platforms. Please keep away. I wish everyone the very best of luck to have your money returned. Unfortunately, this 'business' will not be held responsible - we have been trying for almost two years. Disgusting criminals. I wish them the same as they do to others.

Dont rent your car here, they will scam you. They sad that my license was incalid for renting, they wanted me to rebook with anotheronea driving license with higher price offourse.

Waited 2 hours in the night at the airport to receive a solution. They gave none. Took a taxi to my place rented somewhere else afterwards.

Update: i do have a valid driving license for the past 13 years… worthless company. How is it possible that i can rent a car on all other companies but not from you…. And thr solution you guys gave was a scam, asked for more money. Think that was the issue.

YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! I'm still waiting on the €1.000 deposit that I paid on May 1st, 2024 for the rental period of May 1st, 2024 up and till May 10th, 2024.

Bad service. Very low quality vehicle which started making noise 10 min after I received it on the highway. Also, due to small scratch on the car they refused to refund my deposit despite that insurance was paid for in my contract. STAY CLEAR ITS A SCAM

Scammers way of scamm and dont refun the deposit people have lost thousands of dollars . For help refund your deposit money i also a victim of this company and when i ask lawyer help he ask me to pay even nore the deposit sum so its not worth it . So i decide making a group and help all people refund they money we have 3 lawyers working on these cases for helping refund join group on facebook called 742rent victims.

Avoid 724 Car Rental at All Costs

I had a truly terrible experience with 724 Car Rental in Turkey. Upon arrival, I discovered the car was in horrible condition: it was filthy inside and out, covered in damage, had tyres going flat, and the gas light was on empty. To top it off, the trunk was filled with four bags of stinking rubbish.

The pickup process took over an hour because they had none of my online reservation details. The staff member who assisted me was aggressive, making me feel uneasy and threatening me into accepting unacceptable terms.

When I returned the car, I witnessed a couple in front of me arguing with the company about being scammed for damages that didn’t exist, despite having proof. I was promised my €500 security deposit would be returned within two weeks, but it’s now been over three weeks with no sign of it. Meanwhile, I rented a car in another country, and my deposit was returned within days.
