All ok until you win a substantial amount of money! Live chat is just dismissive and no help at all, been waiting 3+days for a withdrawal of almost £5k… no sign of it turning up anytime soon…

I was new to 666 Casino and joined only today. I shall not be returning!!!

After depositing almost £100 and wish I had checked these reviews prior to signing up!

My review is pretty much the same as everyone else’s. Quick enough to take your money but won’t pay out. Been waiting days for my pay out. Which is only £300! They have requested ID which I have provided then they go on to requesting more three times!!! I haven’t got anything else to possibly send them. They need closing down by the GC!!

Can't give zero stars or, I suspect, everybody would, apart of course from the employees of the company who appear to have left a few "5" star reviews with comments like " excellent RTP" and "fast payouts".

Well, if you replaced the word fast with "snail like", you may be close.

5 days and counting to receive a withdrawal request of £200.00. It should take around 2 hours with every other online provider.

I actually find this casino good. It’s easy to write a negative review when you lose. Lots and lots of games to choose from. I find chat, albeit quite slow sometimes, always respond and I find friendly. Been paid following day. Overall I’m very happy.
Update: Ended up leaving in the end due to responsible gambling team restricting my deposits. At the end of the day, it’s my money so I should be able to spend as I like and not be dictated too. Shame though, I was enjoying it.

It was all good until I tried to withdraw money. they was okay with me deposit around eight hundred pounds but when i.
Went to withdrawal winnings , they they asked for extra verifica. If they needed extra verification, they should of ask me and not let me gamble at the beginning the gambling commission clearly states you cannot ask for verification when withdrawing your money now I have to wait three weeks for my new passport to come through i will be checking to see if I can claim compensation against the site

Sad that I have to write this as up until the withdrawal process I have enjoyed this site. I have been waiting a week for my withdrawal and still no sign. I have gone to live chat but after waiting 10 minutes it times you out. Uploaded documents, emailed, sent a complaint, live chat again. It should not be this difficult when your deposit is taken in seconds. Sadly as I have been extremely patient my next port of call is resolver and GC as there is nowhere else to go when you do not get a response.

UPDATE: There is no update! now 9 days waiting no response to my complaint to customer service, not even an acknowledgement. My withdrawal is £500 and now I can not even live chat. I will now be complaining to GC as this is not ethical and I will not let this go!

UPDATE: Passport expired 08/01/25 will not accept. Explained I will not be getting another so asked for a selfie with me holding my birth certificate. I send that to receive the response because my surname is different they want a copy of my marriage certificate and the reason why my surname is different? Huh? It get's better, I am divorced. I have had to send my decree absolute as proof. I am now waiting for 666 to ask for a polygraph, DNA, blood, urine and partridge in a pear tree test. I had more dignity giving birth!

UPDATE: Do not use this company! I have now been waiting over 2 weeks with nothing but non responses and timed out live chats. I have just requested their complaints policy and was refused told me to complain on live chat then was timed out! I then get an email asking for my ID. Are they for real! I have a case with resolver and now I am just in the middle of issuing a complaint via GC. Sadly my patience has run out and it's time to take this further!

Been waiting 5 days for my winnings keep getting told the same thing on live chat like they are programmed what to say : “we don’t not have any information” I withdrew £700 and there saying my card it’s not able to withdraw…. Even tho I withdrew the day before £100 which was in my bank in a few hours. They asked me for my driving licence by bank statement showing my deposits which I sent in and a few days later I receive an email asking for a photo of a bank card I haven’t used in years the card I used when I first signed up I replied I don’t use this card any more and they asked me to contact my bank and get evidence this card is not in use. I told them it isn’t closed down I just do t use it. I eventually found the card and sent them it. Edit they paid me after getting back in touch the second time last night and it was in my bank within seconds.

Everytime I played the games would crash multiple times resetting the payable amount to more than my original stake. I emailed them saying this but had no reply so I tried to log in today to get my money out and the account has been disabled.

Very bad site, i won £710, i uploaded all the requested documents 6 days ago for withdrawal and it still havent been processed, somehow impossible to make contact via live chat , no respond for any email, dont play on this site 👎👎

Worst site ever. Not paying money for the bonus games or scatter, the biggest pay for 2 pound bonus hit was 4 pound. NEVER giver only TAKER. Proper SCAM stay away from this. This site never gives the money most of the time keep getting “ internal server error “ or “ general error” message

Signed up as a new player and was lucky enough to win. Withdrew my winnings and uploaded documents and still not received my winnings. Contacted Customer Support numerous times and each time same response "unable to give a time frame, there is a delay due to us being very busy". For context I was lucky enough to win on another site and I received my winnings within 2 hours. This site also charges you to withdraw which no doubt is in the T&C's when signing up, however Customer Support advised this fee is random and they can charge whatever they feel!! If and when I receive my winnings (not holding my breath) I will never use this site again. Please stay away and spend your money on a different site that values customer experience. If I don't receive my winnings I will be contacting the gambling commission. UPDATE - It is now 11 days since I made the withdrawal request. I have uploaded multiple documents, emailed and contacted live chat numerous times and either received no response or no explanation why the withdrawal is taking so long. I have contacted the Gambling Commission and on their recommendation raised a formal complaint, again with no response. I am now at a loss at what to do next as 666 Casino is clearly not going to process the withdrawal. Refusal to process cash withdraw through Apple pay. Same as other customers, they just hope you give up asking for your money back. Asking for IBAN and proof of bank statements with name and bank details for Apple Pay transactions. Bank I use doesn’t have these in statement. Shocking online gambling facility. I accept I can lose money but not through theft!
