The worst!! Stay away!

Appalling casino. 24/7 help isn’t available ever and they don’t respond when using the contact us email system. Accepted a deposit and let me play a bonus then refuse to let me place any bets saying limit reached. They now have my money and want me to cancel my bonus winnings to withdraw my money. Absolute scam of a site. Avoid and use more legitimate sites. Also give bonuses which don’t work then refuse to issue them saying it’s not policy to issue bonuses your unable to use

I am waiting on a withdrawal of £30,000 (plus the £5 admin fee that I had to pay!!!) since last Wednesday afternoon. Yes, thirty thousand. Can I get a meaningful update anywhere? Nope. 4 days of withdrawal pending and emails being ignored until I gave an ultimatum that they have had a more than reasonable amount of time to pay me. I gave them 2 hours to pay or I'll be adding daily interest and legal fees. Still no email but my money was swiftly deposited into my account within the hour.

You need to avoid this site completely. I've had my account closed after trying to withdraw my money . I was in contact with them through live chat a few times and when they couldn't resolve my issue they would end the chat on me and now my account is closed and they owe me 150.00 and they aren't replying to my emails .... so frustrating and they are so rude.

Had no problems with payouts in past always in bank within hours. Latest win is still pending many days later. Documents requested and sent and still nothing. No replies to email. No live chat. Not able to telephone. Really disappointed in this site...

Don't waste your money on this site had £500 bonus on this site and when I went to check my wager my bonus just gone. Went to email the site for an explanation which took 2 days for a reply which they sed I removed it which I hadn't! Spent £170 got 1 bonus and it paid me £16.50 bloody joke.
Then another £200 spent and at £145 got a bonus of 50p!!!!
At £187 got another bonus and got £17.50 absolutely a shit site completely takes your money and robs you!!

Having had to wait 2 weeks for my withdrawal in February, I’m been given the run around yet again!!! I’ve managed to deposit and withdraw several times after my ordeal in February, but it seems to be an issue when it’s a slightly bigger amount!
NO response to emails, having to upload the SAME documents from February (when I was told my account was verified and would not need to upload any more documents)! Live chat not working!!
This is very FRUSTRATING!!!!

Please now address my withdrawl!!!

I will continue to post until this issue is resolved!

Won’t help at all been on chat 3 days just don’t listen to what you have to say and send you pillar to post can’t withdraw to old bank card due to closing the account with bank keep asking them

These parasites are 100% fraudsters even their support is nonexistent and one of their email addresses for the company that actually owns the site goes to a completely different company who have put a note on their website saying this company has no connection to them and to contact the authorities if they have been scammed by them...

Once again 400 pound won and you mess about I can't get any contact what so ever please contact me asap
