This was an awesome experience and we can't wait to do it again.

Used them when I went to Vegas. I believe the company is Sundance or something like that. I was picked up from my hotel and a ride back. While there we had champagne and water to drink. Was able to used the locker while we went on the ride. The employees were very nice and polite. The ride itself was fun but I wish the pilot didn’t do too many quick turns. After the 3rd time, I thought I was gonna vomit. Definitely worth it. Vegas was pretty at night. Although if I decide to do it again. I might try a day time ride. Just to be able to take a selfie inside the helicopter. I had a great experience

Great adventure with breathtaking views. I was able to scratch helicopter ride and tour of Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam off my bucket list for my son and myself with this fabulous tour. Customer service and pilot Mad Dog Mike D were impeccable at 5 Star Helicopter Tours.

not gonna lie, i was a bit nervous prior to my flight. i didn’t know what to expect. but as soon as i stepped foot into the helicopter, my life changed. everything became whole again inside me. and anything i had left bottled up inside me had flown away like a breeze. my pilot, mike “mad dog” was the most wonderful person i’ve ever met. his vibes were immaculate and unmatched. i’ve been recently going through a lot, loosing friends and feeling worthless, but with mad dog and all the wonderful sights of the grand canyon, my mindset took a turn for the better. i cannot sum up my experience in words; it was far too great to captivate in a sentence. i just hope mikey remembers me as much as i will remember him. these memories will go on forever.

Everything was okay, I just wish the helicopter ride was longer

Was my first time in Vegas but this was by far the favorite experience will def recommend to anyone traveling there

The whole experience was great from start to finish mad dog our pilot was on point it was definitely skilled at his craft all the staff at five Star tours were on point with reservations and pick up not a disappointing moment thanks again five Star tours for the great experience we will be back!

The best time. The pilot was amazing.. The views are awesome. GTEAT IDEA!!!!! Will do that again.

I booked a tour of the Las Vegas strip and got the confirmation and receipt and was all excited to go but they called me back 30 min later and said sorry they were all sold out and refunded my money I was very disappointed in they’re service.

Pick up guy started yelling at me and 3 other guest because he has the wrong pick up info, dinner was horrible fire alarm the whole dinner. Pilot was amazing tho. But the whole night was supposed to be romantic for my husbands surprise bday gift and it was horrible

Fun times were had by all. Great experience from start to finish, out shuttle driver was great and we loved our pilot Manny!! Don’t waste anymore time researching other companies, 5 Star is top notch and you will feel like you have your own private tour even with others on your trip!! Excellent customer service and overall a great tour. Ask for Manny when you book, you want be disappointed!!

My 18 yo daughter and 9 yo grandson and I took the Red Rock Canyon helicopter tour. Our pilot was Mad Dog. He really knew his stuff. Flight was amazing - worth every penny. I recommend booking on the phone rather than online. Had a mix-up doing the online booking. But 5 Star was awesome about resolving the potential issue. We didn't get as many pics/videos as we would have liked. Mad Dog told my daughter to sit tight until it was safe to take pictures, and then I guess he forgot. Because he never gave her the ok. So, speak up if that happens. Still, she and my grandson got to sit in the front and my daughter was delighted with the tour. Overall, the trip was fantastic. If you're on the fence, I highly suggest you go for it. You won't regret the experience :)

We recently did the Valley Of Fire tour with Mike "Mad Dog" Davis as our pilot and it was fantastic! Mike was funny, kept us all cool with ice cold spray bottle (it was HOT) and had incredible knowledge of the landscape and history of the Valley. 100% recommend, and if you get Mike as your Piot, you're in for a great time!

Great experience! This was my first time flying and I gotta say our pilot was awesome! He made me feel really safe and was very knowledgeable. Our stop at the Grand Canyone at Eagle point was breathtaking would very much recommend!

Our pilot, Jimmy, was fantastic! And the views were incredible.

Tyler was our pilot and he was a great narrator as well as informative about how the aircraft works. Will definitely do this flight again next time im in vegas.

After the experience I was left with some things that just didn’t sit right with me. The over all experience was beautiful but left me wanting just a little more.

Flight time: Supposed to be 15 minutes. But I literally recorded the entire flight and it was more like 8.

Dinner: Would have been nice to be able to warn the waiter it was a surprise and to not announce what we were doing after the dinner.

Wait before flight: No real option to get pictures with the helicopter. Would be nice to have the champagne toast with a Parker helicopter. Especially since the wait before the flight was almost an hour.

Overall: It felt more like a money grab and cattle car pushing people through as opposed to a high end experience.

We were not able to fly due to weather. We arrived on time, actually about 10-15 minutes early for our check in time. We were told that there were some delays due to whether and to have a seat. After waiting for an hour and seeing more and more people arrive but nobody leaving the waiting area, we started talking to other guests and found out that they had a flight time of hours before our own and they were also still waiting. I checked the aviation whether forecast and saw that high winds were expected until midnight. Stood in line again and asked for a refund as we were not going to spend our final night in a Vegas waiting in the waiting area just to be told sorry, we are not able to fly tonight.

After finally making it to the front of the line and asking for the refund, I was told it was all taken care of and should see the credit within a few days. It took a full 2 weeks for the credit to show and that meant the credit did not get applied until our next credit card billing cycle.

The entire experience was pretty disappointing. Yes I know whether had a play in it, but the company needs to do better with being straight with their customers and get ahead of the curve when it comes to letting us know what is going on. There were no announcements or information provided while we waited and wasted our last night in Vegas.

I would give 5 Star a second chance in the future to see if they have improved their communications any. If they have improved I would adjust my 1 Star rating to whatever reflects their current service and ability.
