it was great ride. We got the window seats but had to pay for a comfort seat which i didnt mind considering we got the window.

This was a fantastic tour of the Hoover Dam, the desert, and the Grand Canyon. Mike the pilot is very knowledgeable of the area. Always felt safe, and he made sure that both sides of the chopper were able to see the sights. He would always warn us when a stunning vista was over the hill. We were not disappointed one bit in the whole experience from booking to the end. Will do it again.

Ray was our guide and he was fantastic!! My daughter was a bit nervous and he went out of his way to make her comfortable, let her know when he was going to make turns so she was ready... And he was a great guide as well telling us stories and pointing out landmarks the whole trip.

No problems with making the reservations. However, the person on the phone had not been informed of any discounted fares associated with veterans, seniors, etc. She had to track down the information while I was on hold. Not too big of a problem, I just thought she should have been informed of such things.

This was overall a fun experience. The tour lats about 15 minutes as advertised. The lounge that you stay in before getting on the helicopter is pretty nice. They give you a complimentary drink and all the water bottles you could drink. They let you take all the pictures you can as long as you KEEP YOUR FLASH OFF. Lastly be careful when getting off the helicopter it's a but of a step down if your not used to it

Although it was the most professional and streamlined helicopter tour I’ve ever joined, the actual flight experience was significantly underwhelming.

With their 6 seat helicopter and current flight plan, 3 seats would get what they expect and the other 3 would be treated to occluded views and the flat expanse of suburban Las Vegas - which is likely not what they came for.

Other tours (not necessarily in vegas) compensate for this with a flight path that exposes both sides of the helicopter to the landmarks or rotate passengers.

This would have been an easy 5 stars but unfortunately I was not in the first 3 seats.

Good experience, but could have been better. Great tour guide. Pick up from hotel was far too early as you just sit at the site for over an hour just waiting, totally unnecessary to be there that early before your flight. Reception staff were quite unfriendly, definitely not welcoming at all. Helicopter was packed full which made the experience not so enjoyable. Four solid sized people in the back of the helicopter was too much, you were so squashed. Weather wasn't great and so we couldn't see much of the canyon.

I felt like I got my moneys worth. I really like that the crew emphasize safety.

The experience was wonderful, amazing trip. Great service from everyone. Well worth it.

We had an awesome ride thru Red Rock Canyon with our pilot, Tannen. He explained the needed info before boarding& then let us look in awe at the beauty of the canyon! We couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Very late taking off. We're at Heliopad an hour or so, but, they kept the champagne flowing so se la vie. 😁 Flight was shorter than I expected. I'm sure it was as long as advertised, just seem like was over very quickly. We got a package that included dinner at a Brazilian Steakhouse which was 5 stars all the way. All in all, a really nice evening. All the employees were great.

Exelent service and professional!

Our experience on this tour was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book this agency again on one of their other tours offered. Our pilot was Manny and he was great!

Amazing tour. Miguel was our pilot. If you are bilingüal, English/Spanish ask for him.
Our only recommendation. if the itirenaries can be given with hours/time per activity or place that would be fantastic.
