Stacey was always on the ball, never once missed my calls and called me back when she said she would. She was really helpful regarding the whole process, explaining to a layperson, as I am, everything step by step - thank you Stacey.

Stacey was brilliant, went beyond her job ,Always returned calls and updating us.would definitely go with 4sales Ltd.we finally moved on the 25th September to our dream home in Cornwall .

I purchased a house through 4 Sale Estate Agents and I am completely satisfied with their service, Stacy was always on hand to answer my calls when needed, was always helpful, cheerful and warm during the long procedure acting as the mediator between solicitors and sellers, when things got a little sticky was always calm and reassuring. Will definitely use again should I need to in the future !!

Thanks to Jack for persevering with a long and stressful move!! Great communication and kept us regularly updated with developments and pushed everything through to make sure it all got sorted.

I would avoid this company. I purchased a house and they were the estate agent. It began with a complaints call from my solicitors about staff upsetting their team. A lot of badgering throughout the process via email and calls and some veiled threats about interest payments. Got through all that nonsense. Didn’t get my £1000 deposit they asked for back for 23 days post sale which was very stressful. I was informed that the managing director is the only one who can release funds and it clearly wasn’t a priority for her. First I was told she was on holiday and then on maternity leave. She had to be contacted multiple times by the staff. A unique way of running a company. I’ve got the money back now but that was after having discussions with a member of the team about complaints procedures, ombudsman and small claims court. If you enjoy stress by all mean use this company, With hindsight I’d have bought a different house so I didn’t have to deal with these people. If you’re purchasing a property, avoid this company like the plague.

The date of my experience was the date I got the money back. It was over a few months.

I should also add that this review has been posted before and taken down by trustpilot as I’ve been informed it wasn’t a genuine experience and the company didn’t know who I was. I sold my house through 4sale, who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Jack was very helpful and took time to discuss things with me and my wife which helped us make swift decisions.

I rented a property from 4saleltd last year and I can honestly say that the customer service I received was absolutely brilliant, a member of their staff named jack made sure all all my needs were meant, quick response to enquiries, property in good condition and I'll highly recommend 4saleltd

Alison of 4Sale was absolutely fantastic. She kept me totally up to date with every single detail of the sale of my house, which was not straightforward. I could not have managed without her. Alison went way above what I expected of an estate agent. Alison is a credit to 4Sale. I can’t thank her enough.

Jack showed great determination in getting my house sale over the line despite a few hitches caused by misinformation from my buyer. Jack provided regular progress updates on how he chain was progressing and kept things moving and always responded quickly to calls and emails. Great job.

We have bought a couple of houses lately and I can say that Alison helped so much. She got the information from the seller when solicitors were unable to get and she did loads of extra work. I do think the sale would have felt through without her.

We used Jack to sell our property in Hockley and have been very impressed with the service we received ! Jack was always ready to answer any queries we may have and chase the chain for updates etc. we would definitely recommend Jack from the 4sale Essex team !

We recently went through an extremely difficult house purchase, which Alison was dealing with. Alison went above and beyond for us, doing far more than what was required to ensure we got the property over the line. We were kept informed throughout the entire process and experienced very friendly but professional service. We can’t thank Alison enough for her dedication and effort put into this purchase, as I’m sure most would have given up on it.

4sale supported us all the way through from advertising to completion. Alison Pearson went above and beyond in order to support us with our sale. I have moved a number of times and I have never before had this kind of attention or help. She made the whole process so much easier than it could have been. I was contacted regularly to update us on the progress and I could ring at anytime with a query which was always dealt with straight away. If we ever move again I would certainly use 4sale and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.
