Program couldn't repair retrieved file. So i request a refund after wasting a day and start reworking new one. Guess what ? Customer support play dumb and reply filler text. They will not answer questions and redirect customers to other products to avoid refund.
. Worst support experience i've ever had. Back and forth 2 - 3 days for nothing. Lost 60 USD so you don't have to. And that money back guarantee ? Complete lie, they make you jump through hoops , play dumb to avoid liability. Defenitely report this to FTC or your country customer protection government agency.
