Our Ultimaker 3D printer has been out of action for over a year with an issue we couldn't fix in-house. We were advised to talk to 3DGBIRE to see if they could help.

From the initial quote and answers to our questions (Jessica), to the report from the engineer (Alex) and return of the printer we have been kept well informed at all stages.

Yet again 3DGBIRE come to my rescue. Had an issue with a 3D printer that I thought I had tried everything to fix. Leo reminded me to look at a simple solution. It worked. Excellent service (as usual)

Had a problem with the printer that we did not underastand and could not solve other than through trial and error. We took it to 3dgbire and one of their techs (Leo) did an excellent job in thoroughly checking and testing the machine and talking us through the issues whilst he was doing it. In the end the identfied the problem in our use of the slicer and gave us techinal advice on how to deal with the issue in future. Printer now running well.

My Ultimaker 3D printer display stopped working. I was able to get it up and running again thanks to Alex from 3DGBIRE. Prompt responses to emails, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
