Wow I have no words !
Aaron has been unbelievable at supporting me with purchasing a machine and he’s truly gone above and beyond to make it work for me and my clinic. Not to mention he’s had the patience of a saint ! 🤣
I’ve been in talks with him for a few months before purchasing , he hasn’t pushed a sale on me once and has genuinely gone above board to secure me a deal that suits.
Delivery of the machine has been scheduled in for 3 working days, and the after sales training team have already been in touch to swiftly book on the training.

I’m blown away by the customer service - and I can’t wait to introduce the machine to clinic. I’m looking forward to working with this company more and purchasing more advanced technologies from them too.

I was trained in the ultimate pro, dermaforce and powersculpt. All my training was done by Christina,she was amazing,took time to explain all the treatments. And if I didn't quite understand something she would go threw it again. Would highly recommend..also Mel who went threw everything when buying machines was very helpful,she gave me all the information I needed to make my decisions on what machines was best for my business. Would highly recommend buying and training with 3d aesthetics

Colin is an extremely professional and reassuring engineer. He resolved the issues with my two facial devices in good time and diligently tested them prior to signing of the report. He also made sure I understood the process and was very obliging in answering my questions. Colin has a lovely manner and I can't recommend him enough.

Colin did an amazing job on the laser servicing today. We had accidentally booked a patient in the time he was servicing the machines and was kind enough to let us carry on with the patient and not have to cancel them. Very thorough in explaining what was done and needed.

Arrived on time with a phone call 20mins before delivery. Very friendly and professional. Took all mess with them. They explained everything.

Very pleased with the engineer service, Colin fixed my Trilogy ice laser machine, the key switch was playing up a little he also did a service, water change, filter change and checked the collaboration of my laser hand piece. Colin was very professional, polite and knew his stuff. Thank you so much for a professional service.

I had an issue with my laser machine and the engineer came out to resolve it. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the visit. He took the time to identify the problem properly, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to fix it. The machine is now working perfectly again.
I was very impressed with his attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was running correctly before he left. Excellent customer service and technical support. Thank you for the great work – highly recommended!

Please do not partner with 3D Aesthetics!
In my opinion and from my experience the customer service is disgraceful and they have no intention in supporting their clinics after they have sold the machine. They are in it for the sales and nothing more. I am still a young business only been open for 2 years and back when setting up I contacted 3D to find out more information regarding their equipment I was encouraged to put down a deposit for a HIFU machine and I did. It was discussed that they would hold the machine for a minimum of 6 months so I could get the clinic open and build up some clientele before I would receive the machine, this was not the case I was bullied in to taking the machine straight away. After the inadequate training that was online I was so distraught I reached out to 3D for help and was fobbed off and told I didn’t have the ‘knowledge’ to make the machine work in my business. I have been a therapist for nearly 20 years. They promised I would be given the support needed to make this partnership a success. Again nothing happened and I was just cast aside. I contacted them again this time to take the machine back and stop the finance, this was still within the first 6 months ‘free’ period. They declined to do this and promised again they would mentor me and help me to promote 3D and my business. I was promised an in clinic visit and they failed to show up twice with no notice. I have not received any support from them in regards to a BDM or any form of face to face support, or even a call for that matter. I contacted them again to convey my utter disappointment in their business ethics and the way they have conducted themselves towards me. I pleaded with them to take the machine back and stop all financial burden but again I was met with no compassion and bullied into swapping the HIFU to the Hydr02facial machine as they believed it would better suit my clinic and yet again offered support and mentoring to help kickstart the machine and my business but then I have received nothing but the link to Dropbox where there is out of date content that gains no traction on social media. I have been in battle with this company for over 2 years so I urge you not to partner with them and be in the financial state I am currently in. I have been a sales target for someone’s bonus and nothing more.

His Excellent customer service immediately make you feel comfortable, valued, and reassured that you are in good hands.

A great experience with our delivery today from Paul. He was professional thorough and was really clear on what we had to do to look after our machine until our training. He was on time and made the experience exciting for us as a Clinic with our first machine.
