Overall very good service and prices.
My biggest issue is that on MULTIPLE occasions, they have changed my server login IP name without any communication. So when someone tries to log into the server, it would give login errors. Very frustrating. The first time it took hours for us to figure out that 365Hosts changed the login name.
All they had to do was send me an email that the name would be changing, and it would have been fine.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Very good prices for the services provided. I wanted to setup a Minecraft server and from account creation to having the server up and running, took me less than 30 minutes. Their modpack installation is amazing and they provide premium features that other services usually charge more to use.

Had a small issue initially but nothing good Customer Service could not address. After a quick minute chat my server was all set up and ready to be used for some quality game time

I have hosted my server here for 10 months, it has been AMAZING! High quality servers, they have DDR4 RAM, all SSD's, and top of the line CPU's. If I ever need support, they treat me with so much respect, and are always so kind, patient and warm. They get things done, their live chat tool is so useful, and their email support is very fast and high quality. It is VERY cheap, and at first I thought it was too good to be true, maybe it was a scam, but this has (by far) been the BEST experience I have had with ANY company ever.

Ordered a server. Was never given access.
(4/23) Ordered a server and was never given access. It required credentials that I didn’t have. I was told access instructions would come in a future email, but they never did. After multiple attempts to gain access, I contacted their support team. After multiple times attempting to contact their support team, I was never responded to.
They promptly charged me, “started” the service, and cancelled the service when I finally got fed up with trying to get ahold of them.
People apparently have had success with them, but I paid money to gain no service and zero support. Will not do business with them again.
Edit (4/27): Received a kind/thoughtful response from the support team eventually. Was offered 3 months of free service and was given credentials, yet I have no access to a server within their game panel. Currently waiting for further response from 365Hosts.

I have always found the team to be responsive and even when sorting out errors and mistakes to be helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and continue to use them.

The product - a server for game hosting - is as advertised, works finely and sports a very competitive price. I had a small problem in the beginning that was quickly addressed and solved within minutes.
