365Hosts to avoid

After 365Hots bought out my web hosting company, they took the liberty of keeping all my web data, personal data as well as the domain name that was renewed without my permission.

After having made a rather tense support it allows itself to insult you yes yes I always kept the message of the support, because I had made a complaint.

In short, don't ever go to them.

From Loyal Customer to Disappointed: An Unexpected and Unjustified Cost Increase

I have been a customer of 365hosts.com for several years, and until a few days ago, I was very satisfied with the service they provided. The quality of the service had always been adequate, and the monthly cost, initially set at £4.27, remained reasonable.

However, my positive experience was abruptly interrupted when, without any prior notice, I noticed a staggering increase in the monthly cost of the service, skyrocketing from £4.27 to an incredible £19.95. The fact that this change was made without any prior communication was extremely disappointing.

Having received no justification or explanation for this sudden price hike, I had to act swiftly by disabling the automatic payment to avoid unjustified and disproportionate charges. This behavior from 365hosts.com is unacceptable and has shaken my trust in the company.

Faced with this situation, I decided to cancel my service with 365hosts.com and transfer it to another provider offering more competitive rates. It was disheartening to realize that, after years of loyalty as a customer, the company showed no regard for its customers.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience and hope that other potential customers consider this aspect before choosing 365hosts.com as their service provider. The lack of transparency and the sudden cost increase without justification represent unethical and unfair business practices that I hope the company commits to rectifying to maintain the trust of its customers.

This company offer live chat which I…

This company offer live chat which I wait hours to get a response from only for the live chat to do a half job and not properly fix the issue I am having. We buy addons for our servers and these addons just don't get given to us and we have to then sit there trying to speak to the useless live chat that they have getting it fixed

Be warned they are not to be trusted

Support is terrible had a developer stating that he could not work with a hosting company like this. The prices are fine. I needed a non cloud solution after Nimbus hosting pulled the Linux server without adequate warning, then took down the window server when complaints were made. Lost loads of domains now as Fasthosts Ltd tell lies and take money not due to them. My online business is now in tatters and people have been made redundant. 365 Hosts have tried to help however the solution they provided was flawed to say the least.

No service, No customer service, no nothing!

They took my money, didnt provide any accessible service (no FTP, no Control panel, couldnt do anything!), had to apply to cancel (who applies to cancel?!), which took days and was only closed by an automated process, and they keep avoiding my request for a Refund. All made much harder because their website kept switching languages.
No service, no customer service, NOBODIES HOME.
NEVER USE 365hosts. Isnt it strange how the part of the website which allows you to order something, is the only intact and working thing left. That and to cancel takes a great deal of effort and time...this speaks to SCAMMING.

After 6 days of requesting a refund (which they failed to respond to any of my tickets)..i was left without any choice in the matter and had to file a complaint with paypal in order to get my money back.

Rather than acknowledge my refund request, they closed my ticket without reason, that tells you all you need to know.

I felt totally scammed. BEWARE and AVOID!

365Hosts have refused many refunds and abandoned the name. 365Hosts are now GAMESERV.me and are doing this so that you cant find bad reviews and they can continue to scam more people.

TRASH would provide better service then 360Hosts.

Created 2 tickets and 1 email. Never got a reply outside the bot "we got your message" replies. Their phone number didn't work either nor dose their live chat or their contact us links. I never got my cross-play server actually cross-play accessible and only could get pc to connect. Terrible service! Terrible control panel too as when I went to make changes I had to go to the files...and it didn't go into effect; no easy access to control the server properties like changing from survival to creative. TERRIBLE service as a whole! 1 while week + $11.50 wasted! Don't bother with this company!

24/7 support is a lie

Have waited days for them to respond to a high prioirty/critical ticket. They claim 24/7 support and live chat but this is nowhere to be found and now we cant access files on our server or even the backups.

Tricked

While the prices offered by this company may initially seem attractive, there are certain associated drawbacks that should be considered.

First and foremost, the level of support provided by this company is severely lacking. The absence of a reliable support system is both disappointing and concerning. Despite my attempts to contact them through various channels, including their ticket system, email, and Discord (where other users have corroborated the absence of support), I was unable to receive any assistance. It took a whole week before I had to seek help from a friend, which is far from satisfactory. Additionally, their claimed 24/7 Live chat support seems to be non-existent, further exacerbating the issue.

Secondly, the billing system employed by this company is flawed, resulting in frequent errors. On multiple occasions, I experienced instances where the system overcharged me during upgrade processes. Despite my attempts to request a refund, my efforts were fruitless, leaving me both financially and temporally burdened.

Lastly, it is worth emphasizing that the company's dishonesty is a significant concern. The claim of having a live chat support system, which is evidently false, raises serious doubts about their integrity. Trust is paramount when dealing with any business, and it is disheartening to encounter a company that resorts to such deceptive practices.

In conclusion, while the initial appeal of their pricing may be tempting, the aforementioned issues make it difficult to recommend this company. The lack of reliable support, flawed billing system, and questionable integrity raise significant red flags. It is crucial to carefully evaluate the overall value and reliability before committing to any business relationship.

DONT USE 365HOSTS!

The hosting is mediocre
But the customer service is outrageus, I purchased a product for my server and did not recive it. So i contacted the support and soon got a message that they would look into it. Now it has been several days and I have contacted them over and over again but Im now ignored.

WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS SH1TTY HOST

Not really consistent server

Server is setup to allow up to 10 people. I added a second CPU and it's still extremely laggy when a second person gets on. Also, I just got disconnected randomly just now so probably have to go reboot the server as it won't allow me to reconnect. Not sure what happened, but it hasn't been a super consistent experience.

Mediocre performance, poor uptime, very poor customer service

The server performance wasn't great. Then, 7 days after I purchased a year's worth of server time, my server went down for 5 days. The ticket I opened right away was not updated until the server came back -- leaving me to wonder whether it would ever come back at all. When I looked for the supposed 24/7 customer support (which I gather consists only of live chat), the live chat links were extremely hard to find. The only two I did find were both broken in different ways. I had to manually edit the URL until I found one that worked, and when I finally got into the "live chat", I waited for over an hour with no response. This after telling me I was the first in line and the expected wait time was less than a minute. I suppose it serves me right for buying the cheapest hosting service I could find, and then giving them money for a whole year. I suppose they don't need to give me good service if they already have my money...

Good price, slow service response

Their prices are great, the product is decent, but their response is very slow. They advertise 24/7/365 support and they talk about having live chat, but there is no live chat and submitting a ticket takes 2 - 3 days to respond.

Excellent service at huge value

I was prompted to leave this review after recently updating the hardware on my server, but I've been with 365hosts for over a year. It was the best value Minecraft Crossplay Server hosting that I could find, and it has had almost 100% uptime since then. The one time the server was down I was able to reach support immediately on chat, and it was resolved quickly. The full server backup means that I could easily move to another provider at anytime if I wanted to, but I have no need. I am very happy with my choice. It's a superb service!
