Like a lot of other people I ordered on the 3rd of December a cat scratch Christmas tree for my cats paying an extra £10 for fast delivery I have received nothing except one email saying my order has been shipped emailed them lots to ask where it is and nothing I will be contacting my credit card to try for refund Facebook need to take this company down my cats got no Christmas present

Like other reviews, I ordered a cat scratching tree on 4th December and paid for express delivery. Total cost £40.70. Received a couple of tracking emails and eventually an Evri tracking number. Yesterday I received a key ring in the shape of a Christmas parcel.

This company is a scam and should be removed from Social Media urgently.
DO NOT USE

I’d give negative stars if I could. I ordered the cat Christmas tree on 12/3/23 - I don’t expect to receive it. Complete joke - had a couple bot responses a few weeks ago but that’s it. Avoid this company

This is a scam site. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered on 4 December and paid for 5-8 day express delivery. Their “tracker” indicated it took 6 days before “my item”was even packed! I have sent numerous emails, and did receive one response saying the shipper had said the order would be with me in 3 days. That was 2 weeks ago….finally I received a package today….my £68.40 got me a small plastic Father Christmas key ring….of course what it got them was far more valuable….now they have their proof of delivery for my order!

Scammers - don’t buy anything from them. You will not receive your goods as they aren’t real

Avoid this Company. Scammers!! I ordered a Christmas tree cat scratcher. Paid £48 for it and they sent a Christmas tree keyring. No reply when I sent emails to them. I wish I had read these other reviews before I bought from them.

Ordered a cat scratching post for my cats over Christmas. This was on the 3 December. When tracking the order it just states processing. Email not responded to. Avoid this website at all costs… bloody criminals.
Shame there’s not a lower score than 1 star.

I ordered a duvet two weeks ago, the money was taken out of my account. I received no confirmation of my order I haven't received anything. I have emailed and called the number on the website, it is silent and then rings off. They are on facebook and I messaged them on it and called the number on facebook and the number doesn't exist.

Ordered a game for my son on 18th September. 3-4 days shipping. Spoke with 'customer services' three times as not received. Was told three different stories. One month later I received a refund.

Would never contemplate buying from these people again
