DO NOT BUY. THIEVES!
Paid knowing they would be fake Uggs but did not receive. Emailed several times. Why are TikTok allowing these scammers to operate. I’ve been robbed - do not do the same !!!

If I could have put zero stars I would have . Bought UGG type boots when I saw add on tiktok ,of course I knew they wouldn't be genuine at the price but they are truly shocking quality. Worst thing I've ever bought , added to this they have taken forever to arrive . A complete waste of money , do not buy from this company they are scammers.

Bought Ugg micro boots and when I got them they have no ugg label on them, have sent them lots of messages to return these and had no correspondence. I will not be buying from them again!’

Absolutely shocking that this company can advertise false products on TikTok shop. I have emailed 3 times to ask for a returns label as I want my £29 back but no response. Do not buy from these scammers.

Scammers. Selling boots as Uggs, showing Ugg labels and posting false reviews that refer to 'Uggs'. Ordered them expecting them to be good copies, but they weren't even attempting to pretend they were Uggs...no branding, no Ugg labels on the heel or printed on the base. Just cheap brown boots. Absolutely disgusting using real uggs as their product pictures and fake reviews. All over tik tok with fake accounts too. Hope trading standards catch up with these guys soon. Avoid avoid avoid!

Scammers! No email confirmation of my order but took my money! Emailed them through the website and nothing back! Disgusting, fraud!!!!

I wish I had read the comments first, no customer service, no one replying to calls or emails, I placed an order on 1 September and still nothing and no boots received, it said on website 2-3 days delivery. Status still shows as prepping. I would avoid this company at all costs total scam

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son and almost immediately I was having problems with them.
I emailed Sarenza and they asked me to send a pic of the problem and how many times he wore them. After I sent what they asked for they told me they need a pic of the whole shoe so I sent them the pics and since then I have had no response.

I found a pair of Caprice ankle boots in the right size on the French Sarenza website. There was only one left. Searched for a Dutch Sarenza website and found the one pair that was left there too. Ordered it on March 20, 2023 and tthe website then claimed they would be delivered on March 22. Since a majority of the reviews were bad I chose the Klarna payment option (pay within 30 days of shipment). Thinking 30 days must be enough to ship them. The Caprice ankle boots were delivered to my local Post.nl Punt today (March 28). Packaged well, the right shoes in size and colour as promoted. Sarenza The Netherlands delivered as promised. I am extremely happy and relieved ;)

Most bad reviews were posted during Covid-19.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering.
I ordered boots more than 3 weeks ago, and I haven't received anything. They do not care about customers, I'm not getting a reply from anyone.
They just can't manage this company, they won't last in a very competitive market where customers service is key for success. What they do best is take your money!

I have previously written about this company, fearing the product would never come. I have received my sandals and I like them. It seems their excuse about delays due to covid turns out true. But to their credit, They stuck with it and I have the product and am satisfied. They're really nice!

Stay away from this company. They will take money from your account but never actually ship anything
