The shower arrived the day after I ordered it. Unfortunately it did not work with my existing fiberglass shower without having to remodel the bathroom. It appeared as pictured, I did not install it for aforementioned reason. The return process was efficient.

I ordered a faucet from 360faucets and a sink from another website. The sink arrived in 3 days, after 7 days the faucet had not yet shipped. I ordered from another site and emailed 360faucets and requested they cancel my order. They refused. They said the shipping process is underway, can't be stopped and I should just return my order when it arrives. After it arrived I requested a return shipping label or QR code. They refused, giving me an address only and saying it would have to be at my expense.

I ordered in May of 2023. The Zen Falls was installed the end of May 2023. Within 2 weeks the LED lighting and temperature no longer worked. Wasn’t a big deal to me, within the year, the nob to turn on/off and water temperature broke and have had to use a jar lid gripper to turn. Then the hand held shower head started spraying around the base and is spraying the ceiling and over the glass enclosure if not held properly. I contacted them about the warranty in Sept 2025… after sending pictures of the problems, the agreed to replace all the parts. Oct 2025 I received a tracking notification. In January, after still not having received the parts, I reached out again. Was told they would re-ship and send a new tracking number. Nothing over a month later.
Beware! Lifetime warranty means you will be waiting a lifetime to receive (if you do that is) your replacement.

We purchased a calming Shower Unit from Zen last August and delivered on September 8th,2025.
This unit worked for few months and then the DISPLAY UNIT stopped working.
We have been trying to contact the company to fix the issue, but respond from them.....THAT LIFE TIME WARRENTY FOR YOU.

Ordered a showerhead system from this site and paid via PayPal - appears the payment went to a company called GODISABOVE.COM. I never received my product, I have tried calling and only get voicemail, and have tried emailing their customer support with no reply. I have reached out to GODISABOVE.COM also and had the same experience. My opinion right now is that both companies are fraudulent companies at worst, or at best offer very poor customer service.

Ordering was seamless and easy. Shower fixtures are easy to operate, multiple functions for a great experience in the shower. Washing up with 360 shower fixture is invigorating and gets you started on your day feeling refreshed to tackle any adversity you may encounter.

From the moment I installed the rain forecast shower system I loved it Quality and performance exceeded my expectations. Customer service was amazing.

This is a quality product. It made a difference in my shower water. The water is cleaner and softer!!

I have bought several of the shower faucets & have never been disappointed. There was a significant difference in water pressure & my skin & hair seemed to feel better. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Love the showerheads. Water saving and great pressure - adjustable - even though one uses less water. The filters are easy to change. I purchased several from 360faucets, gave two as presents and the receivers of these presents love the showerheads as well.

I have been to luxury bathroom shops and a nice spa shower costs thousands of dollars. Thanks to 360 fauset I was able to afford a goid shower spa product at the fraction of the cost. I have ad the shower over a year now and still works great. The best feature is the digital temperature setting. The product was shipped promply and in perfect condition. This shower has exceeded all my expectations.

Highly recommend 360 faucets. Not only because of the product selections and the quality of the product selections but also because of the customer service. Items arrive intact and quickly. Issues/questions are addressed immediately and resolved if needed. We love our shower spa and enjoy it on a daily basis. We will buy from 360 faucet in the future for any faucet need.

The ordering process was very simple, once I decided which one I wanted. I ordered 2, as I'm remodeling a house. I decided both bathrooms deserved an awesome shower. To my surprise, the final cost was less than anticipated. Bonus!! Will buy again if needed and will refer everyone i know.

The overall experience of ordering the Zen shower unit was pretty much worry free. I was skeptical when I saw the add and the awesome price. After reading the reviews I took a chance and have been happy ever since. It was many months before I could easily install the unit due to a total remodel of the master bathroom. It was well worth the wait. My plans are to order another zen unit for my other bathroom. Thank you 360 Facets.

I love our new shower panels. I've had some in the past, but these are exceptional. I love the digital displays and all jets are great. We put 2 in our shower and the work great!
