Terrible customer service Jenny
I made the mistake of not updating my mailing address when I placed my order. My fault, I owned it and I told them to bill me again and ship to my correct address. Before the 2nd shipment, I first asked if the roller that was offered complimentary would be included in the 2nd order. Jenny confirmed it would be. Lo and behold I received the prescription and unfortunately, no roller was included. Upon letting Curekey know they apologized. Then I received a follow up message saying they confirmed with the pharmacy that the roller was included, which is a blatant lie.
So they essentially are calling me a liar. Why would I do that? That’s not customer service. I’m financially sound enough to pay for multiple rollers and that’s not the point. It’s being called a liar that caused me to cancel.
