The two coats were very roughly folded what makes that there are folds all over which are very difficult to get out (even with a steamer!).

This was a great experience

This was a great experience! My first time with 24S but I will be buying more! I found the LV bag that I have been searching for. It took me a year and I finally found it on 24S. I ordered it and five days later it was delivered to the U.S. from France. Amazing and I thought it was pre-owned but it looks brand new. They even sent me an email to let me know it was going to be a day late. Great customer service and I got exactly what I was looking for.

I’m disappointed with my recent order…

I’m disappointed with my recent order from 24S. The suede bag arrived with a visible mark that did not go away even after gently rubbing it. Also, the website listed the color as “rhum suede,” but the label says “camel,” which was confusing.

This is my second bad experience. In a previous order, I bought a brown bag but received a light tan one and had to return it. Repeated issues like this make me question the accuracy of the product descriptions and quality control.

Leather handbag delivered with corner caved in

Shipment was fine. The product, a designer leather handbag, arrived with one corner completely caved in. Disappointed in the quality and presentation. Although I could pop the bag back out, I don't want to keep it because of how it impacted the leather and bag shape.
