Bought a product that was missing a…
Bought a product that was missing a part, they sent a new package with the same product, it was missing the same part again. Then they told me that they weight the product with all the parts and it weight the same as mine so they expect that I got the whole product 2 times now, which does not make any sense because I'm missing that part in both of them.
