I ordered one item on a saturday evening but realise it was the wrong model. I triwd to cancel the order but impossible to reach your service in the week-end. I tried monday morning and just got the answer that it was not possible to cancel.

I had got a wrong item, but I got the ordered ones after
I got a wrong item. I wrote to the support, but I haven't got answer jet.
Afterwards I got the right item in a few days.

Be prepared for a very bad sleep night.
I left all the valves open and after more than to hours the madras is still almost flat. The way it should inflate does not work. They say it should be 5 cm thick but still 2,5 cm. Generally, I am not impressed by this product and if you buy one, be prepared for a very bad sleep night.
