Together with our sister company, Imprint, we operate out of a state-of-the-art facility in Houston, Texas. Delivery Date Fail

My recent experience with 24 Hour Wristbands was extremely disappointing. I placed an order with a clearly stated in‑hands date for an important event. Despite this, the order was shipped through USPS without any expedited handling, which made it impossible for the items to arrive on time.

When I reached out for help, the customer service interactions were not productive. The representatives I spoke with—both via chat and phone—did not seem to fully understand the concerns I was raising, and the conversations felt dismissive rather than solution‑oriented. This made an already stressful situation even more difficult.

The only option I was offered to meet the original deadline was to remake and rush the order for an additional $500. Given that the delay did not originate on my end, this did not feel like a reasonable or practical solution.

As a result, the items will not arrive in time for a special birthday event, which is extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this review so others are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions when ordering time‑sensitive products.

Waste of Time and Money!

Placed my order on April 8 and approved the artwork on April 9, 2026. My order confirmation says, and I quote: "Estimated Delivery Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2026." On April 29, I had no tracking number, so I contacted them by opening a ticket. They told me it does not matter what it says on the confirmation, there is no guarantee... So, I waited. A week later, on May 6, I called them and asked where is my order? They told me, and I quote, "It does not matter what it says on the order confirmation; our website says there is no guarantee. We are now a month from the original order date, and they have no information on when I will eventually receive this order. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY ORDER. THEY ARE A SCAM!
Update - It is now May 20, 2026, I still have no tracking info and no delivery, and no help from the company.

The product itself is great but i received it after the event date and wasn't even able to use them. When i purchased it said guaranteed delivery by that friday and they were received on monday & tuesday of the next week. Very disappointing that I couldn't use them.

Online Customer Service Issues

The online review was not impressive as they didn't open any files and kept copying and pasting responses. I needed to call in to get the issue solved. Once I did, it was smooth from there on out. Great product and fast delivery.

Usually I have gotten great service and…

Usually I have gotten great service and products from your company. I will not order again. I paid for expedited shipping, but products didn't arrive. Also, the coozies smell so bad I will be embarrassed to even give them out. I ordered USA manufacturing but they smell like they have been through so many chemical baths... The design on them is VERY hard to read also. I'm just sad that this company is not what is used to be. I am usually VERY easy to please but I will not order again.
