24 Hour Wristbands was founded in 2006, and has grown to where it is today by delivering over 100 million wristbands to organizations and businesses around the world. Since then, we have expanded our passion for promotional products to hundreds of items including custom yard signs, lanyards, temporary tattoos, t-shirts, and many more. Although we keep growing, we have always stayed true to small-business fundamentals. We value every customer, take pride in our work, and offer dependable customer service. In fact, in 2013 we were awarded the Small Business of the Year award by the Small Business Administration in Washington, D.C. We also boast thousands of excellent reviews on Reseller Ratings, a third party rating site. Add to this our industry leading prices and it's easy to see why over half a million customers have chosen our company for all their promotional needs. Though we've evolved greatly as a company, our first product is still our highest selling. We are the largest manufacturer of custom wristbands in the world. From simple engraved bands to screen printed to Tyvek, we are the headquarters for all things wristbands! As an important and effective item in today’s promotional landscape, we work diligently to keep our wristband prices the lowest in the industry. We take genuine pride in the fact that countless small groups like churches, fire departments, and nonprofits across the country can afford to promote their organizations using custom wristbands. Together with our sister company, Imprint, we operate out of a state-of-the-art facility in Houston, Texas. We use the latest technology and environmentally friendly inks, but most importantly, we are comprised of over 300 of the most experienced printers and graphic artists around.

Tracking info wasnt correct, couldnt get an answer on when it would arrive. Put in a ticket and didnt get a response. Randomly got the package
The only thing I feel could be improved is that I was expecting my prof to be emailed to me. I didn’t realize it was on your website, so we lost a couple of days. Everything else was great.
I’m still waiting for half of my order. The customer service is laughable.

Easy to order and fast shipping. Wristbands arrived earlier than expected.
Great prices, order came fast and correctly. Will purchase again
The item arrived on time, and the graphic turned out perfect. I originally uploaded a graphic that would have pixelated when printed, and I was pleasantly surprised when they actually called me to let me know. They helped me over the phone find a higher-quality image, which I really appreciated. You just don’t get that kind of personal attention from companies nowadays. I’m very happy with their customer service and would definitely order from them again.
first order was for 40 coasters, one was delivered but I was charged for 40. I submitted another order which never got filled and after multiple "tickets" submitted finally cancelled the order.

Easy ordering and on-time delivery.
I made a slight error, contacted them next day via the support site, called 2 days later, and they said it was too late at that point.
The support site than said that they made the adjustments, but no adjustments were made and all 300 bands are garbage.

It was so easy to order and the shot glasses came super fast. The quality was great and I am very happy with the purchase.
I had a very disappointing experience with 24HourWristbands / Netbrands Media Corporation.
I ordered 28 custom tote bags for a client-facing project. The order preview showed a small, centered, minimal design on both sides. That scale and layout were intentional and were a key part of the design.
What I received was materially different from the preview. The artwork and text were printed dramatically larger than shown, which completely changed the look of the bags. This was not a small production variation or a slight adjustment. The final product did not preserve the minimal design shown in the order preview.
Because of this, the bags were unusable for my client project. This put me in a difficult position professionally and forced me to place an emergency replacement order with another supplier and pay additional costs to keep the project on track.
When I contacted customer service, the company refused to provide a full refund and offered only 20%, claiming they resized the artwork because I did not provide exact dimensions. I do not think a customer should have to provide technical measurements just to receive a product that reasonably matches the visual preview shown during the order process.
In my experience, the final custom product did not match the preview, the company did not take responsibility, and their proposed resolution was not fair.

TL;DR - Their reviews are fake. They refuse to let you leave a reivew.
I bought 12 mugs with a custom logo to give away as prizes at an event. I kept one for myself and after putting it through the dishwasher, I noticed that the logo was starting to run. I went back to the listing page and, if you scroll down three pages of text, it says "hand wash only." Seems like a pretty material piece of information for something that is normally dishwasher safe. I complained. I was told there was nothing they could do unless I sent them photos of all the mugs I already gave away.
I thought this was a crappy business practice, to not put such material information in a prominent location rather than all the way down in small font on a page with a ton of text. I couldn't figure out how to leave a review so I asked customer service for a review link. I asked four times. They refuse to give me one. They show an image on their site with 100K 5 star reviews. It's clearly BS if they refuse to allow a customer with a negative experience leave a review.

So ridiculous, my husband ordered 50 buttons and we received 1 button and not only that they said it was a rush shipping which we didn’t do and it was $24.86 from Houston to SA for ONE 2inch button! Are you kidding me, who in their right mind would spend over $26.00 for ONE button??? Are you serious? Glitch in your system maybe. Called and customer service (if you could call it that) was a total waste of time! Now we don’t have our 50 buttons and out money. Such a joke

Help was accessible for design. Timely arrival
The colors are bleeding together. It was quick. But our high quality image looks cheap on this. We may try something else.

The tattoos I ordered were very poor quality and I ended up throwing them away.

My recent experience with 24 Hour Wristbands was extremely disappointing. I placed an order with a clearly stated in‑hands date for an important event. Despite this, the order was shipped through USPS without any expedited handling, which made it impossible for the items to arrive on time.
When I reached out for help, the customer service interactions were not productive. The representatives I spoke with—both via chat and phone—did not seem to fully understand the concerns I was raising, and the conversations felt dismissive rather than solution‑oriented. This made an already stressful situation even more difficult.
The only option I was offered to meet the original deadline was to remake and rush the order for an additional $500. Given that the delay did not originate on my end, this did not feel like a reasonable or practical solution.
As a result, the items will not arrive in time for a special birthday event, which is extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this review so others are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions when ordering time‑sensitive products.
