This company only gets 1 star but shouldn't even have that. They should only have 0 stars.
They are scammers, I bought 2 dresses from them and they refused a refund and the dresses were not as advertised and poor quality.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!

I ordered the water proof paint from them and paid through Paypal and they took the payment twice. Now I'm struggling to get a refund. Paying through PAYPAL should be secure so how do they let the transaction go through twice???

Are a scam! The product is poor quality and not as advertised.
Advert on FACEBOOK read Buy 1 Multifunctional Bra for Seniors and get 2 FREE,(so 3 bra's in total)
Only received 1 bra,poor quality,definately not worth £17!!
The company refused a refund then offered £3 back, which is a joke,but after reading reviews I accepted it as I could see I was not going to get any more!
They said I only paid for 1 Item... I sent them a copy of their advert to remind them ,yes I paid for 1 on the condition I was to get another 2 FREE! (Why do FACEBOOK allow these adverts??)
Contacted Paypal,complete waste of time,opened a Case/Resolution... paypal later closed it as they took the side of the company quoting the material was adequate... I never queried the material only the fact I had received only 1 item!! So don't be fooled by paypal,they do not seem to have the back of the customer,but only the back of the companies,and this is how these foreign companies are able to work these scams!!
In my case company earn £17,refund £3 so profit of £14 for sending a piece of cloth posing as a quality bra!!... multiply this by how many of thousands of sales to vunerable people like me,a struggling o.a.p who is not experienced in dealing with scammers,and they have a nice little earner,and the sad thing is there is nobody out there able to stop them!!..... well that's my rant over with... hopefully people will see whats happened to me and probably thousands of others,and so because of these reviews,people will not deal with this company,thats the only piece of mind I can get after being scammed and losing £14 which I could have spent on some fruit and veg,help me get through this weekend!!
Please don't waste your money dealing with this company. You've been warned!!

DO NOT BUY FROM GISKE, the clothes don't fit and they refuse to let me return them, saying it would be expensive, they advertised free returns, I only bought from them as the add led you to believe it was an English company.
They then offered me £3 compensation, then went to £6 and told to give the clothes away, they are poor quality, no one would want them, £85 expensive lesson learned, I should have read the reviews first 😔

Are a scam! The product is faulty and not what is advertised. The videos are not of the product you get.

The company refused a refund then offered £3 back, which is a joke. They actually over charged me by £6 from the advert anyway. They have finally said I can return the item, at my expense, to China, where, if they receive it, and find it faulty, I'll get a refund. No thank you,I'll never see the product or my money again and I'll be further out of pocket.

Please don't waste your money. It's false advertising & a faulty product.

I bought a hand held vacuum which advertised great suction and blow it arrived and had no blowout and the suction would not even pick a single sheet of paper up total rubbish trying for a refund but not holding my breath

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.....I purchased a 5-in-1 Hair Styler £29.99 + 90p Insurance, free shipping, paid via PayPal. Was charged £37.07, emailed them they refunded the difference of £6.09 said it was "system error". Eventually the item arrived, box was damaged as no proper packaging. The cool setting on the barrel does not work, the other setting overheats. The click-in stylers don't click-in, just fall out, the lead is too short and barely reaches my head, all in all unusable, sub-standard, damaged and a load of junk. Explained in an email all the faults, said they would refund me.....got a £3 refund. Emailed again stating I wanted a full refund, was told I had got £3 and that was their limit as they had sent me the correct item!! Sent more emails but it was like dealing with a parrot. Asked what the 90p insurance covered and was told no insurance the price of the item was £30.98. Explained no the price was £29.99 as advertised on FB, the 90p was extra for insurance. They are blatantly lying and robbing the public. No more buying from FB adverts, have learned my lesson and left with an unusable item. How are they allowed to get away with downright thieving?? SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY!!

I wish I'd have read these reviews before giving this company my money.
I received my order this morning & it's absolutely nothing like what was advertised. I've emailed them & I'm waiting with baited breath for a reply.....
Luckily I went through PayPal, who are usually pretty good tbh. If not, then I'm £66 down :(

Ordered 5 pairs of pants for the price of 3 in January. After 3 or 4 emails my package turned up today and guess what? One pair of pants came! Total scam!

Total scam. Paid in November and still no product. Just keep sending tracking that never changes. PayPal absolutely useless too. Don't buy from here!

Giske technology co. Rip off! Don’t complete order with them. They took the money out of my account over a month ago and no product no nothing!
Trouble is you don’t know you’re dealing with a Chinese company, nowhere does it tell you… buyer beware, lost my money & no product, probably terrible quality if I ever do receive. Don’t buy from them! It was an ad on Facebook, beware!!!!!

Update: Giske Network Technology is based out of Hong Kong and shipped the item thru Italy. I filed a claim thru PayPal and got no where with Giske, saying the’ll give me a refund if I return the item at my expense, that’ll cost me $29 to return a 1lb package, netting me less than the sale price posted on the Facebook ad. I submitted a problem report with PayPal and PayPal offered me a $50 voucher to cover my losses which is much better than what Giske offered me if I would have returned the item at my expense. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GISKI NETWORK TECHNOLOGY.

I bought a outdoor silhouette nativity from Giske Network Technology Co (24helpfriends) on Nov 22 from a Facebook Add. The picture of the nativity set gave the appearance it was large nativity display though what I received was slightly over 1’ high and 1’ wide, much smaller than what it appeared on the Facebook add. When I placed the order, I was unaware the shipment originated from Italy and I did not receive the nativity till after Christmas. I contacted them at their posted email address, attaching a Facebook screenshot the what we thought we were ordering and a picture of what we received. Their reply was received what we ordered though it was nothing close to the Facebook screenshot of what we ordered.

Buyer beware, do not order anything from Giske Network Technology Co (24helpfriends).

I ordered a mini shaver from Roseowder, an American website. Product sent from Australia, fake tracking information, product was totally useless, did not shave a single hair, now l have to send it to Hong Kong to have it refunded thru PayPal resolution with postage l paid. Giske is scamming people with fake tacking, product is not as described totally useless. And l have to return at my own cost for the refund, well let us see if the refund will happen.

I ordered from Giske Co. on Dec 12 through PayPal and haven't received any updates on shipping or delivery.

If I could give Giske Tech 0 stars I would . I purchased a figurine through PayPal from them . Less that 5 minutes of that purchase I found it for less than half the amount they charged and no shipment fee. I email them instantly and was told I would have to trust them and that it was going to be shipped anyways . What !?! Sent them several more emails just a few minutes later and was told it already shipped . Really ? In less than 10 minutes of the order ? One email say I could return it after I get it . Checking what others who bought this and had to return it ,had to say . it’s a $70 shipping return cost to send it back to Hong Kong . Wow !! Don’t do business with these con artists!!!!

How can you give Giske Technologies 0 stars? They don't deserve any! Sent me something I did not order and want me to pay twice as much to return it to Hong Kong. PayPal and no doubt Facebook knows about these scams and will do nothing about it. I'm done with PayPal too. Can't trust them either to protect customers

I can’t believe I’ve been scammed, the advert looked so professional and the vertebrae stretcher looked like it would really help and so I bought it
What arrived with no information at all as to how to use it, a hard blue bit of rubber that is beyond uncomfortable to use and now I don’t know if it’s even safe to use, I thought this was a proper medically tested and effective treatment method, wasted almost £40 on it and shipping

I feel like an idiot not I see other complaints in PayPal and trustpilot, I realise now that facebook isn’t monitoring adverts, this is not a safe company and I currently cannot find the advert for the beck stretcher, just great photos of a lovely coat, which I bet is a genuine item of quality whose companies stock photos are being used to lure in people like me

Facebook need to seriously check out companies before allowing them to just use their platform, they must know it’s a scam company by now

I’m an idiot, bought item on holiday for my husband who has issues with snoring and they claimed it would help with that and his pain

I have never received my blankets from Giske Network Technology Co., Limited for over $215.00! I have written numerous times and they just ignore me. I want my money back or my blankets!
