Not a scam just overstretched.

So I don’t believe the company is a scam I think they have overstretched themselves.
We somehow managed to get the cheap 2 day tests - ordered 2 only 1 arrived as seems to be the norm - no tracking details.
Tried to email Jason as he advises on here, no response. After a few hours on the phone waiting I did get to speak to someone and another test sent out pronto, along with tracking details.
I have waited to do this review till we had used the kits - can’t fault them on this, posted yesterday got results this afternoon.
Would I use again - probably.

My wife ordered 2 kits only 1 arrived

My wife ordered 2 kits only 1 arrived. This company is a nightmare to contact very long wait on the phone and no option to email. Why does the government allow companies that do not have a proper contact service to be on the list.
Very poor not only is it very confusing to know what you need to travel but then to have the added stress trying to sort out.
Wake up government and only put reputable companies that have the service levels to support. Or drop the civic day 2 test quickly.

Scam! Stay Away

Scam! I ordered two Day 2 tests for me and my sister traveling to the UK. It cost £145 and they never sent them. I never received a tracking number. All my emails never garnered a response. Calling the number just put me on hold for hours and then disconnected me. I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card company since I did not receive what I ordered. Stay away from this company. Such a headache but I'm not going to let them keep my $200 after all this.

£70 down the drain

£70 down the drain, as I never received the day 2 test and had to hurry to get tested with another company instead.

The perfect scam, no support provided by email or phone.

Surprised by good service but don’t expect to communicate with them

We were so impressed with 247 HomeTesting. I didn’t check the reviews before I booked and paid and then I did when I could up don’t get hold of them by phone and thought things were about to go horribly wrong! But the tests arrived on time, the process of loading everything on their website is easy and clear. Test results did take two days but you could track it all on their app. They are more affordable and on the UK Gov site as recommended. I would use them again even though it is impossible to get hold of them.

Never saw anything

We wanted to get a little r&r before my surgery next week, so we booked 3 days of London. Ordered the mandatory day 2 test so it would arrive at day 0 or day 1… nothing came. So ofcourse we are already back home, where we got tested (for free… just saying) so that’s about £144 just down the drain… gone…

Edit: there is only one place there, and if i give “holiday inn” along with the address it seems obvious where to deliver…

No customer service, no tests, no response.

Never arrived and cant get hold of anyone for a refund. Absolutely insane they can get away with this. 120 down the drain as I return to UK and try and get back on my feet. Its broken me in the first weeks, still havent recovered from it. Please contact me if anyone has any details about customer service.

Charlatans- avoid at all costs

These charlatans completely failed to provide an acceptable service, or to provide any communication - day 8 results delivered after more than a week. I sincerely hope the government will delist.

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. My day 2 did not arrive - even though I was charged £10 for express delivery. It is impossible to get in contact with them. As I write this review I have been on hold for almost 2 hrs and there were only 7 callers ahead of me, I am now 'caller number 4'. Total joke. Terrible service and expensive. They should not be in business and the government should remove them immediately from their list of suppliers.

Scam of a company

They ensure the customer can't contact them after the order

No email or mobile number contact number given in their website.

The mobile contact number given at the government approved testing companies list is unanswered (I have waited for more than 90 minutes multiple times)

No email received other than a confirmation of my purchase. No kits delivered and I am on my day 3 of quarantine. I ordered the kits 2 days before my arrival requesting an immediate delivery.

Absolutely no customer service. There wasn’t any email or phone number! Booked my Day 2, 5and 8 test on September 5th but still did not get any kits or tracking number.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM. I ordered two day 2 tests for my holiday here in London but didn’t receive anything so I had to buy from somewhere else. Not answering mails or calls. I need a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered my day 2 test with express shipping on the 9th of September now it's the 13th and it still hasn't arrived. It's impossible to contact them. I've only received an email confirming my order, nothing else since. No tracking number, nothing at all. They are quick to take your money and are advertising reliable service that they cannot deliver on! The test is mandatory then how come that the suppliers are not held accountable for not providing the service that they promise? Absolute shambles.

do not expect any customer service

I booked three day2 tests as I thought the cheapest test is not reliable. I spent GBP215 in total and requested for immediate delivery. After I purchased I was very worried as I saw the reviews over here.

Luckily, the test kits were delivered before my arrival. Although they were late for one week as i requested for immediate delivery, thank god i've got the kits. We returned the test on day 1 and we got the results on time.

DO NOT expect any service. I have not received any delivery notification so far even though its website stated the there would be delivery notification.

I would choose a better one next time. I think their kits dont value that much with no customer service.

Disgusting service- do not buy this test

Absolutely NO customer service. The date was incorrect on the receipt for my return to uk, I contacted 247hometesting within minutes of booking the test to amend this, as advised by their website and received no response, I emailed again after 2 working days ( whilst abroad) and received again no response. The test was delivered and when trying to register it wont allow this as date has been set for next week. I now have to find somewhere to get another test before tomorrow . They take your money and wont sort out problems
