Ordered some chocolate and when it was delivered I noticed it was 10 months past its best by date. Wrote an email to customer service who replied very quickly saying the date was in the item description (it was in the confirmation email but not on the site)

The date is irrelevant though, chocolate is good even for years after the best by date. The 1 star review is for the rude and condescending tone of the email from customer service, subtly calling me an idiot for not know what I ordered

Very straightforward to set up initially with all your bills in one place. Renewal process was also seamless and took less than 10 mins, Jordan was very helpful and professional on the call and explained things very clearly, including breakdown of costs, changes, contract specifics, etc.

Very easy to use service, received a call from Ellie who walked me through the various utility options they take care of and some of the different options I have, she was very friendly and professional and above all, this service is simply very convenient

Very simple-to-use service, automatic parts compatibility checker and great customer service. Highly recommended if you want a gaming PC but don't want to do any of the work (they also take care of the initial OS, driver, etc. setup and stability testing)

Ordered my day 2 test on August 12th (arriving in UK on August 15th). It arrived today (September 20th).
