casino21 is a very good casino,and these people who dont win on the site and then start threatening casino with legal action a gambling commission is ridiculous.Casino games are games of chance it is not the casinos fault if you do not win.It really annoys me when i read reviews like that.

This Casino failed at identifying me as a problem gambler in line with the LCCP objectives at the Gambling Commission. They didn't check my source of wealth either which again is a big no no under the Anti Money Laundering act and is actually a criminal offence by the operator. I lodged a complaint in this regard and they are adamant they have complied with their regulations which they haven't. They didn't even provide a detailed response to back up their claims. I have today advised them that I have instructed my Solicitor to commence legal proceedings against them. I will have my day in Court with these gangstas win or lose I don't care anymore. The public and most importantly politicians need to be made aware on the shady nature of these casino operators. They hide away in foreign countries such as Malta. There needs to be massive reform by the Gambling Commission to stop this continuing. I hope my case will raise more attention to the issue in hand. I will also be going to the newspapers to tell them my story a story which they have already agreed to look into as incidents such as these are becoming more common.

Only been using this site for one week and it has been a very frustrating experience. Forget games, winning or losing. That’s all the same with all sites.

Withdrawals has been the longest wait time compared to all casino sites.

The so called processing time of 12-24 hours, then taking up to 10 days to pay out. Need to constantly chase them to follow up with the process of withdrawal requests before they will action it. It’s no exaggeration. If you don’t chase, they won’t pay out. The ‘pending withdrawals’ on the account page does not work, so you need to keep tabs of all withdrawals incase they don’t process the withdrawal request. When you ask them to look they will ask you with payment hasn’t been processed. Need to be on top of your withdrawals or you’ll get short changed.

Absolutely dreadful. I had less than £1 left in my account which was bonus money. I deposited another £50, and won £600 !!
When I tried to withdraw, then said no because I was playing with bonus money.
It was loose change, but I think they look for reasons not to pay.
Crooks and thieves, avoid.

They are purposfully very slow to process withdrawls and make it very difficult. Even documents upload process is very sketchy again with the purpose of delaying your withdrawls. Don't play here if you plan on getting your winnings in a normal timely manner. There are a lot of places with a normal process so go somewhere else.

trash company. I deposited 10 dollars and I got the welcome offer of 121%. so 12.10 bonus. I was able to get the 10 dollar account funds up to 120, where i was then told I had to get it to 0 and use my bonus funds because i am only able to wager through the bonus funds, which is a huge scam. At the very best you're getting a 2 dollar bonus and 10 cents and have to wager atleast 500 dollars, for a fun 500x wagering. support was trash and entitled as well.

you're literally HURT for having luck in a already trash website with bad bonuses and bad reviews for a reason, please stay away.

So I signed up through a streamers link to the site (rock n rolla) .
I had been playing for around 8 weeks when I receive an email stating I have broken the rules and the risks team is shutting my account down and any accounts I have with there sister sites etc.
So I contacted them via email.
I was told that for one or more reasons my account is shut down.
So I then emailed back saying what you're telling me is wrong I haven't broken any rules and I want an explanation to why you abruptly shut my account down.
Long story short it was because they needed a bank statement. I said are you serious ! Instead of sending my a quick email asking for it , you block me from all your sites and send me an email making me think I've done something badly wrong!
I sent them all the documents they ask for , even though for months I've been depositing and withdrawing larges amounts.
Complete joke.
I sent them it all again and again until I got sick and tired and told them to go f#@k themselves as I cannot deal with companies like this , that treat people with little to zero respect. So guys I love Paul (rock n rolla) but guys if I had won money that day I received the email I wouldn't of got it.

Just so you know the ending , I sent the an email asking for my account to be fully shut.
No way I'm spending my money and having the risk of them randomly just taking my winnings lol.
Again I can send anyone the transcripts to prove that 21 casino literally did just shut my account down for no reason .

So far I like the games and I got some winnings, good for me.

Deposited £2500, betting was inconsistent which confused me and some bets were going through and some were being returned. Found out they froze my account while I was in the middle of playing? Said they needed to do checks but I deposited large amounts before. I currently have £1400 on my account and they have locked it so they are just sitting on my money now. Now seeking legal action.

Requested a withdrawal and it reached my PayPal account within 20 minutes 5 stars from me

I would strongly advise people to not deposit with this company.

I have made a withdrawal on the 24th of May and I am still waiting for my money.

Scammers I deposited £10 had a few games and didn't really win anything so I had a quick game of three card poker and got my £10 to £12 but when I tried to withdraw they asked for proof of ownership of my card which I had already deposited with anyways I sent them that took them 72 hours and me 3 times messaging the live chat to get my money to withdraw status just too see they changed it to £10 and basically stole £2 lol I know it's nothing much but don't even bother clicking on the site absolutely garbage

I’ve had good experience with them.. when first deposited £100, won £440 on queen of wands.. which pays out nicely when it is paying out.. think I got withdrawal the next day in bank.. deposited £100 and got upto £1000 on same game.. but that happened this night, so waiting on the withdrawal. Think they have big selection of games and not had any problems

Iv scrolled through these reviews and I have to say iv never had a problem I play £20 a week I did win a £100 when I first joined but I did play with it as I wanted to try out the new games. Never had a problem with withdrawal of money, I play for fun I don't have a gambling problem. Gambling is a risk and so times you win and sometimes you loose. I have fun with this site.
