Definition of a scam site, one click to deposits money, 1000 hoops to jump through when trying withdraw, said my account needs verification for the withdrawal, which I found strange considering it was through Apple Pay, so I’m sure all device information matches and is safe. and the icing on the cake, when they finally verified my account after days of emailing, my account apparently never had any winnings to withdraw. How bizarre

Joined this casino and deposited 90 quid over two deposits. Ended up with a 700 quid win so withdrew and noticed there was a document upload box. So I withdrew 11.30pm by bank transfer. Unfortunately the documents scanner wouldn’t pick up my address correctly so they advised me to email it. Was advised withdrawals can pen up to 48 hours.
Super quick verification process within a few hours and had my WITHDRAWAL a few hours later. Whole process took less than 24 hours.

Scammers abslout scammers been playing a while deposits withdrawals not a problem ive toped up my accout to realise it would not allow me to play so ive contacted them told them il just play somewhere els they shut the account and now refuseing to pay what ive put on their scammers the lot of them weird people the account was shut because of a limet even know their are no limets on my account and i have also provided id so this was a ligit accout btw

I won £20 from their free spins on signing up. I played for hours before they told me that you have to deposit before wagering counts.
Well that is a load of crap. 40x wagering requirements on a £20 initial win. £800. And the only way that I can start towards that sickeningly high wagering is after deposit. So I do really well off my free spins and I am still in a crap position. This site just needs closing down now and all their useless staff can do and find a a real job, stop ripping people off and generally being scum bags.

I use to think this site was good, previously deposited and withdrawn from them with no problems at all. Then out of the blue AFTER they let me deposit my account gets blocked, I'm then told it's because I was playing at 5am, after endless chats and emails and my documents being rejected over and over I still have no access to my account or got my deposit back, this company is just out to get money anyway possible and don't care about customer.

Beware after a small win I tried to withdraw and they claim I broke there terms by using a third party account to deposit and confiscated my winnings, I have since repeatedly sent official bank statements proving all accounts used are mine which they are choosing to ignore and referred me to ecogra adr which is owned by them . I have waited 28 days for them to review my documents repeatedly but I suspect they are using a blind person as they still refuse to verify even with official bank statements . There are much better sites around use them and save yourself 4 months of waiting and being lied to by support staff who can’t reply to emails within there own timeframe

first, their withdrawal is still with the 1990 system holding players' money for 48hrs, My account was up since I open in 2018 now they come up that I am not a good customer and they self-excluded my account for 5 years, soon we all going to play in a crypto casino all these 💩 casinos will go out of UK market

Decent site with some good games.

I was a bit worried reading the other reviews about having issues with withdrawals, but I've made two totalling over £2k and both were in my account in under 24 hours.

They take your money but don't pay out stays on pending spoke to chat asked them to put me onto someone higher they said no one to speak to its a joke site dint waste your money

They said a technical error i put a tenner in because I read reviews were bad so I thought ill see myself I won about 30 but stopped at that and thought well dont wanna win big as id be devastated if was true..and yup its true I deposited and withdrawn a tenner to paypal as we no paypal is instantly..but its been 2 days they said there's a problem with pending withdrawals 😕 so honestly I was just curious but its true save ya cash these are scammers

This site is a scam.. they are full of excuses and don't pay out.ive been trying for nearly a month to get £220.and been told twice it's been processed and aloud 10 days. Then add on weekends and bank holidays. And guess who complain too. That's right. There own customer support. If there objective is to stop people gambling and go off online gaming. They are doing a great job. I will keep you informed if I ever get my money

Stay away . They drag out your withdrawal for ages I mean like ages.
They will 1st state and tech error then when you question this is a " We tried to send it but it wouldn't send can we have you details". You send them your details They ignore they have got them.. so any time /days process they state times it by 10. The customer support is Terrible if you ask a question in the middle of the night you are met with rude comments and ask why are you even messaging us so late at night . Well der maybe I work nights How Rude. Escalate to a manger you finally get to accounts or an email from accounts. Then nothing . You go back on chat account have received your email and will email when they are ready to. They have had issues with banks aswel and are now asking for bank name and Iban not a standard procedure so something is terribly wrong. Stay away for your health and Money. The reviews are all correct. Luckily I record all screen play and conversations . We should not feel we have to do this. Use a respectfully company other then these guys.
They have been reported by Natwest/HSBC and now starling so I don't seem them lasting long at all

This casino is definitely a scam you put money into it and win then they pretend your verification documents address doesnt match the provided one even though your id is verified with the same address as your documents they will tell you to email them the documents then they wont reply to your email then you go to live chat again and they tell you to email your docs again and again and again with no reply to any of them till you get board and reverse your winnings and then its funny no matter what game you play suddenly the odds change cause you wont win theyer crooks dont use casino 21 or any of theyer sister casinos you might as well take your cash and burn it cause getting anything out of them when you win is more then likly not going to happen i would give negitive stars if thay would let me but i have to choose at least 1
