Excellent job all round!

Staff in your Barnet showroom were great. Very attentive, helpful and patient with us.
There was also a very slick process of purchasing and arranging fitting etc. Great communications too. Overall we were really impressed and happy.

This is the Rolls Royce of showrooms. Having visited many stores to be shown a tiny strip of Amtico, it was a joy to see the vast selection on offer at 1to1 Flooring. Matt was so helpful, informative and extremely knowledgeable. He allowed us to narrow our choice down to 3 with his tips and suggestions and showed us the visual app in the Amtico website and photos of previous jobs that clearly showed the excellent work undertaken by their team. Would recommend this shop to anyone thinking of getting LVT/ Amtico.

I don’t normally write reviews but after the excellent service I received from Matt and the fitters from 1 to 1 flooring I felt I had to say something. It’s great to get some customer service again very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble even from getting samples during the lockdown. I did measure it myself but Matt had offered to get someone out and he was there to gud me through what he needed. When they fitted the carpet the fitters wore masks and done a fantastic job they even hoovered up!!

I had a great experience with 1 to 1 Flooring from start to finish. They were exceptionally helpful, especially Matt and Chloe! We had several issues (we hadn’t ordered enough floor) but they were so quick to respond and help. I’d highly recommend them. Even now they are still helping me with after-care questions etc. Great service

I am so pleased that I chose to go with 1 to 1 Flooring for my carpets. I am one of the most indecisive people ever and am an expert at doubting myself, but having Matt on board made choosing so much easier for me. He is a good listener and has the patience of a saint! He is extremely knowledgeable, and really helped me to pick exactly the right type of carpet to suit my family’s lifestyle, as well as the shade suitable for my home and decor.
Mark the estimator was very warm and friendly, as were the fitters - which is a good thing when you have strangers in your house! It’s a much nicer experience all around when the people you let into your home make you feel comfortable and safe. I received an excellent service all around, the communication from Matt was brilliant, I can’t fault my experience at all, and more importantly, I couldn’t be happier with my carpets!

Alex and the Berkhamsted branch of 1 to 1 Flooring were excellent in customer service, price and fitting. Everything was smooth, ordered on time, the fitters were polite and efficient on both days of our installation. We would highly recommend them. Stay local people!

I have had my Hall Stairs and Landing transformed due to the expert help from all at 1to 1 flooring. The hall is now a very nice Pale Ash Amtico which was laid expertly by John and easy to keep clean especially with all this bad weather just a quick wipe over.
Landing and stairs a very attactive stripe carpet not easy to lay but beautifully done by Joe.
Both worked very hard and non stop till the job was finished and they also cleaned up after with their own vacuum cleaners which just left me to admire how great it all looks. Also wore face masks all the time , not easy as they were here for quite a few hours, well done both and many thanks.

Bought engineered wood flooring from 1to1 flooring, very pleased with the experience.

The sales manager is very responsive, emails replied usually within minutes.

The opinions they gave also felt honest and responsible, it’s more about providing customer a good option, even if it’s cheaper.

Lastly, the price was great.

Will use again.

I can honestly say that I was delighted with every aspect of my experience with the St Albans branch of 1 to 1 Flooring. This ranges from my initial visit to the Showroom where I received helpful advice from Matt and Chloe, the visit from the estimator, and finally fitment of the flooring which was carried out very competent fitters. All services were provided in an extremely efficient and courteous manner, the product was of a very high quality and fitted very professionally and within the agreed timescales. All rubbish was removed and the property left in a very clean state. I would definitely recommend 1 to 1 flooring to friends and relatives.

Have had 2 carpets replaced with 1 to 1 flooring and looking forward to getting the rest done during the year
