The mechanic gave my car a good looking at, filled the water tank & lay on the ground to see where the leak was coming from. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to repair the leak but passed me back to the AA to take me to my local garage.

Courteous but couldn't take me to end destination just services. Left driver window half open.

First class recovery no fuss, I was kept informed as to the ETA of vehicle collection. The Driver was very polite and respectful, definitely one of the best recovery firms out there who are very well respected and well established.

The RAC has the nissan assistance for my new qashqai hower their service was abismal. The initial engineer visit was very good but he couldn't fix it so he told us to ring up and book recovery to my garage. They didn't come when they said with NO communication. After I raised an official complaint they rang me and I requested a local service if they couldn't fulfill their obligations. They organised the recovery with this company who originally didn't arrive when promised with no communication and I had to chase them a number of times. However Steve in the control room was brilliant and sorted out to get my car to the garage. The driver was brilliant and the service manager at my garage said he had never seen such a recovery vehicle with the utmost care. After all my qashqai epower was only 2 months old with 240 miles on the clock. Well done First rescue. You came to my aid when the RAC who are the nissan recovery choice couldn't. Couldn't recommend more highly

I was told by text msg the AA would be with me at 14:30 then another text 15:05 then another 15:55 then 16:55 then about 17:00 received a call saying 18:00 you arrived about 18:30 after that great service

Absolutely shocking service....waited 5 hours ,when the driver finally turned up he didn't do a diagnostic test just assumed a fault to be then told he can't take it away and to ring back the next day..... currently on route to my car with a 6 hour wait time....not impressed

Through my AA breakdown service App, i reported a loud scraping noise with my car front wheel and was sent a 3rd party recovery and rescue truck instead due to AA being very busy. He turned up to tow my car without even assessing the problem. After i made him ring his boss, he agreed to do minimal checks and said brake pads required changing, even though i told him its probably the brake dust shield. He said no, definitely brake pads. All this was checked with his mobile phone light at night, without even removing the wheel. He said he would pass back onto AA for them to send one of their patrol mechanics out later. Which didn't happen, and the tracking update on the App disappeared !
I eventually took car to a garage and after removing the wheel, it was the brake shield hanging loose which he simply removed !
The tow truck mechanic who came out was a waste of time and incompetent !

AA - if you are gonna use 3rd party services, you need to be checking if they are trying to fix/repair faults when they turn up….not just try to tow the vehicle away to a garage ! This is not what i pay my ‘fix at roadside’ membership for !

Van driver very helpful and friendly but the vehicle was sent out on a bank holiday when the garage was closed and sent out again before the garage had confirmed a date.

One of the agents was terrible , wasn’t helpful given I had minors with me who had a disability and I had broken down on a very busy dual carriageway where cars were swerving around my car for almost 4 hrs. Agent couldn’t understand this. I had to speak to a manager Molly who was brilliant, took action and arranged recovery as soon as.

Rescue requested at 6:30 pm and it took nearly 5 and a half hours to come, arriving at 12 AM. By that time I had used help from my friend. Extremely disappointed.
