I can’t thank will from 1st Rescue & Recovery enough. After a very stressful breakdown early this morning, he arrived with a friendly smile, put me at ease straight away, and was incredibly professional throughout.

What really stood out was his kindness. He didn’t have to take me all the way home and could have left me at the services, but instead he went above and beyond to make sure I got home safely with my car. That meant more than he probably realises.

He was courteous, reassuring, and a genuine credit to 1st Rescue & Recovery. It’s not often you come across someone who cares so much about helping people, especially when they’re having a difficult day.

Thank you again, will. You turned what had been a horrible morning into a much better one. You’re an absolute credit to your company.

1st Rescue was sent out when I contacted The AA for roadside assistance. They called shortly after I submitted the request and gave me an accurate window for their arrival, which was in an hour's time. They were prompt and diagnosed the problem for me to get sorted at a local garage. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service, offered to do more than was required. Would recommend.

We were stuck 50 miles from home after a funeral … the car refused to start. RAC guy came and decided the car had to be transported home on a low loader.
They passed the job to 1st Recovery who sent an angel (Brits) to save us! She had the car on her truck in minutes and delivered it (and us) home. She’s a genius, strongly recommended

stuck on side of m62 due to a pothole and only having a puncture repair kit. Lad that turned up was quick, friendly and overall great.

Driver abs technician Nick was helpful and friendly, made the bad situation better and put me at ease. There was some delay with the arrival but I don’t know if that was due to autoaid or the previous breakdown.

Amazing service. Fabulous response time

Car tyre blow out on motorway after running over debris in slow lane. No hard shoulder, but managed to get into emergency layby. Rescued by a fantastic lass who recovered vehicle to Birch services. Good response time and service.

The app is useless. It doesn't give you any idea of when people are coming. It's just there to show how late people are. The only thing this is good for is to report a breakdown. I'm not having the excuse that there are people in more risk than I am when it comes to having to wait 3 hours for somebody to fix my van. It's to do with not having enough people out there being able to help

The pressure in my tyre started to go after I got out of the garage following a service and new tyre. I pulled into petrol station to pump it up but no avail. I contacted AA who arranged for 1st rescue and recovery to come and Britt came to my rescue. What an amazing woman.. I was completely in awe. She sorted the problem in a professional and caring manner and I’ll be forever grateful. We don’t appreciate the work that rescue teams do when our cars are fine but last night I really did; sitting in the car in the dark can be a vulnerable place. Britt you are amazing and a credit to the industry. Thank you x

The company rescued my broken down vehicle after the AA couldn't fix it or get it out of the car park. Excellent communication and the car picked up at the time stated and delivered to my main dealer to repair under warranty. Excellent service.
