I ordered the wrong thing so they sent me info to return. I returned. They confirmed they received it. Weeks later, no refund, they send me a "matter is resolved" email. No, the matter is NOT resolved. They refused to refund my money. I had to go through my credit card/bank fraud department to resolve the issue. They are cheaters.

Dangerously sharp parts!
Dangerously sharp parts!
I bought the Golden Eleanor articulating wall lamp from this company and cut my finger when operating the rotary switch. Turning the knob between your fingers wedges them against the sharp edge of the cheap, thin disc shaped part beneath the switch.
The little pull tab intended to be used to reposition the arms is also an unfinished stamped part with sharp burrs on the edges. The articulating arm joints are so tight and stiff that the lacquer finish gets ground to a powder if you manage to move them. This lamp is listed for $125. Having installed the lamp a return was not possible. I requested a 50% refund. Even a cheap lamp shouldn't be this bad, but similar lamps online cost about $60 for a pair. I was offered a credit against future purchase, and then eventually a $10 refund instead.

Worst Customer Support Ever
I placed an order and got a confirmation with an order number saying I would get a confirmation email. I never got the email so I called them back. The bot who answered the phone directed me to go to their site and use the virtual assistant. So I went there to chat with the virtual bot who couldn't answer so I finally got a person (Lanel Cortez) 5 minutes later in the chat. I gave the order number and Lanel typed that "my order didn't complete" and abruptly close the chat before I could ask any questions. That was so rude. If this is how you treat your customer, you'll be out of business soon.

This company is simply a scam. Buyer beware— if you order, you will simply be stuck with whatever you are sent, in poor condition, and there will be NOBODY available in customer service to talk with. I hope this malignant company fails, and I hope consumers choose another option so they do not end up stuck like me.
Addendum reply: sorry 1stoplighting, but nobody picks the phone up. The automated process just cycles you around with the same messages. You need you stop lying, and instead have human being pick up the phone and help your customers. It's easy-- take the resources that you put into "damage control- impression management" in responding to online reviews, and instead assign these people to speak with customers.

1stoplighting deceptive delivery statements
On the 1stoplighting website, they promote this 2,3,4,5 day delivery. They even give examples, like if you order on Tuesday it should arrive on Thursday. Makes sense right. But the bait and switch is, they only ship ground. So, dont expect your timely delivery to happen. I ordered 2 lights on Monday, a holiday, so I figured Thursday delivery. Received my FedEX email showing Monday. AFTER I leave for several months. They offer a 2 day delivery or you get an 'incentive' of about 10 dollars. Why even put expected delivery days when they KNOW that they wont place the order for a 2 day delivery, or next day, or whatever is needed to maximize the 2 day delivery stated on their website. Its because they are deceptive. Don't trust these guys. OR if you order do it through Amazon so at least you have some recourse. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. the chat 'help' we can't help you, it is shipped so now its on you. I will pay an uber to pick it up and drop it off at fedex for return if I have to. But I will never use this company again.

I ordered 3 lights on Friday and received a confirmation. No communication since, although they charged my credit card immediately. I used the digital assist and they said it would be shipped today. No communication since. The worst customer service ever.

No star review if possible - very unsatisfied customer
I am not one to complain and give a bad review but I want to share my story to the public so this does not happen to them. I bought a pair of Uttermost lamps from 1stoplighting (original order # 10655672) on December 15, 2022. The box was damaged but the lamps were still intact. The lamps were not a good fit for our bedroom so we decided to return them. The return request stated “THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SENDER. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE SUFFICIENT TO COVER THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM(S)”. We did tape any holes and cuts on the exterior of the box. The lamps were placed back in the Styrofoam packing within the box. I was instructed to return the items directly to Uttermost Returns. I dropped off the package at a UPS drop off on 12/19/22. I purchased insurance based on the cost of the lamps which was about $300. I checked online tracking to ensure Uttermost Returns/1stoplighting received the package and we received a refund. On the site, it later stated refund could not be processed due to lamp damage. There was no customer service number to contact Uttermost Returns Center so I contacted customer service at 1stoplighting. The service representative did provide me with 2 pictures I’m assuming was from Uttermost Returns. The pictures were not clear and hard to tell what was actually damaged. The representative notified me that I needed to contact UPS.
I first contacted UPS in January 2023 and was provided a claim number by the representative after giving him all the information to contact 1stoplighting to review the damaged product. I was told that I would be contacted once they “investigated the problem”. I never heard back from UPS. I contacted them again on 3/14/23. I was told that the claim had been closed because they were unable to view the damaged product. I had to explain again that I was the sender returning a product to Uttermost Returns and the lamps were bought through 1stoplighting. The claim had not been resolved. I was told they would look into this. Still no feedback from UPS regarding the claim. I contacted UPS again on 4/20/23. I repeated myself for the third time after the representative told me the claim had again been closed because they were unable to view the damaged product. So there was no confusion, I sent a copy of the return information, shipping label from UPS drop off, and the pictures that were provided to me by 1stoplighting. After several months of giving UPS an opportunity to resolve this issue, I contacted them again on 11/6/23. I was informed by the UPS representative that the claim had been resolved. I told him it had not and explained for the fourth time what happened. He instructed me to contact the receiver. I told him that I was told by them to go through UPS. EACH COMPANY BLAMING THE OTHER. I also stated that I was instructed by 1stoplighting to pack the lamps in the original box. He then stated that my claim had been denied due to improper packaging. After stating that I would write a bad review on the UPS website, I was told “to hold off, that he would file a dispute”. Needless to say, after 1 year, nothing has been resolved and I’m very frustrated. I’m not only out the $300 on the Uttermost (which by the way is a great company and going directly through a local designer store for purchase is never an issue) lamps purchased through 1stoplighting but also the insurance money purchased through UPS. So, what is the point on buying package insurance if no one is going to honor it. So buyer beware. Please do research on companies prior to purchasing any items or using them.

BEWARE***POOR SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH
I placed my order on Nov. 18, 2023. I ordered two items. I was told I would receive 2 day shipping. Here it is Nov.24 and still don't have my items. I did receive an email that an item is back ordered. And I understood the one fixture was on back order until January. But. Ship the item that isn't on back order. Definitely a mistake using this company. Frustrated doesn't even express how I truly feel.
It was more about not shipping the in stock item than the back ordered item. I told my customers that they would have their light in two days.

Update - after speaking with Ana from customer service, I was finally able to get a refund. She and her boss were very helpful. They credited my account and apologized for the inconvenience I experienced on the website. I will shop again at 1 Stop Lighting again because they have a wide range of good products at reasonable prices. My problem was with the website - I couldn't get a refund for the replacement that was backordered until Customer Service reached out to me. My suggestion to the company would be to make it easier for customers to reach someone via email or telephone. Thank you guys for your help in solving my problem!
