Extremely frustrating customer service experience

I had become very frustrated with the customer service of Quorum lighting experts. It is incredibly annoying that you cannot talk to a real person on the phone. I had chats with multiple agents over the course of a week. Some took very long to respond and others closed the chats before I could write down the number they told me to call. Ann Magat, however, was very prompt and helpful. She was able to process my warranty replacement quickly and efficiently. Whether or not I will actually receive the shipment remains to be seen.

Poor customer service

Bought a ceiling fan that needed a longer 18 inch down rod instead of the 6 inch that comes with the fan. The fan and longer down rod came to us in TWO different colors (it was ordered correctly). I sent photos.Instead of a solution of trying another down rod from the company the agent said it wasn’t their problem. Unacceptable customer service.

Problem sorted!

Package was lost in transit. No fault of theirs but Princess Reus sorted it right away and sent a replacement. Can't get better than that!

Great customer service

I purchased a very nice fan from 1stoplighting and we were excited to get it delivered exceptionally fast. After we unpacked the fan we noticed it had a damaged part. We were very pleased when this issue was easily resolved after talking to the customer service. Thank you John for helping with this problem

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I bought 2 new light fixtures for the kitchen. There was a recommended base to purchase and when my electrician went to install they didn't work. I reached out to Customer Service and informed them I wanted to initiate a return. They told me they would just issue a credit and to donate or throw away the items. Not sure why they didn't work but I appreciated the timely refund. The light fixtures we bought we loved and look great.

Scam company

Scam company, beware. Items will show in stock and ship in 24 hours, but never actually ship. After weeks of follow up with no luck, now in cancelation stage hoping to get my money back.

We ignored the warnings...

We ordered a lantern in black and received bronze. There is no way for them to track anything or provide you with any sort of customer service resolution. The prices fluctuate by the min making it impossible to pin point their own advertised info, this works to their advantage beacuse since their system does not provide them with relevant or up to date info, they cannot help you do anything excpet return the product with refund being 10% less the purchase price for "shipping".

Their customer service is useless but also the kind of unpleasant that just makes me wonder how businesses like this can function even for a bit.
Jhonjon Vestido is a special example of this. He was rude, defensive and condesending.
His exact words were, "that he could not help us cause he was not GOD." Which is really a terrible excuse and not really as informative as he prob thought.
Not for one second did I think God would be working in online retail.

Don't buy the Mantra Chandelier!

I bought a $1,500 chandelier for my new home and not all the pieces were in the box. By the time I had the chandelier installed, it was past the 30 days and they have not helped me try to get the missing pieces. And they now want me to pay for the pieces if they are able to get them!! Not happy at all. When I pay that much for lighting, I expect the pieces to be there. BTW, don't buy the Currey and Co Mantra Chandelier. It's $2,000 and doesn't come with all the iron pipes. I have gaps in the chandelier!
Update: 1stoplighting reached out after review and finally sent the missing pieces!

I received an email from 1stoplighting…

I received an email from 1stoplighting about a promotion they were running in the month of March that they will pay the tax on your purchase. Since I had placed an order earlier this month I reached out to their customer service and the agent was able to honor that request in a quick matter of time. He was very professional and kind.

Crap website, order tracking and ability to reach anyone

I ordered the fans from this site because I could get a discount. It was difficult to place the order; the site wouldn't take my credit card; I couldn't get help on their phone line. Finally, finally, there was one person who called me and took my credit card -- she said that was her job, so I'm not the only person who had trouble placing an order on their website. Then, I got an email that some of my products were shipped or delivered to my contractor; I checked the website and it said only some had been delivered. I tried to get more info from the company, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Even after waiting for word on my other products, I didn't get a second email, and their website still showed that not all of the products had been sent. I was trying to get it organized before leaving the country but couldn't get info or clarity. Finally, we realized that the whole shipment had been received. It was a waste of my time at a difficult time. And it turns out that products can only be returned within 30 days of purchase, which had expired by the time I returned to the state. I just wanted to return extra droprods we didn't use, but now I have extra bronze poles I don't need. The products from the manufacturers are fine but ordering them through this company is a total pain.

No refund for back ordered cancelled item

I ordered a product and was told it was back ordered two months. I have tried several times to cancel and get a refund and keep being told the item is on the way.
