I have used the portal service on several occasions now to update and amend my policy.
Each time I have found it quick and easy to navigate and make the necessary changes.
On each occasion I have not been charged an admin fee and love the message that comes up ,"this one's on us , or free" .

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY …
After being told I would receive a backdated refund from the date my vehicle was written off , 1st central are now refusing to refund me as I added a named onto the policy to drive the vehicle to start repair work! I was in No position physically or mentally to drive the vehicle.
The treatment from 1st central I have received is absurd ! I strongly recommend you DO NOT GO WITH 1st central ! This is my first ever Non fault accident and it has been a nightmare to deal with this company.
They are incompetent and have absolutely zero empathy or customer care.
