A dynamic, energetic class. The ambiance and trainers are fantastic and incredibly motivating. I will definitely book Reshape sessions at 1Rebel again on my return to London!

Mystified by the bad reviews
I absolutely love 1rebel. I go several times a week to Holborn and have dabbled with Euston.
Lots of classes across the day so I can usually find a convenient time to go. Friendly reception staff, great trainers, enjoyable sessions that I'm really seeing results from.

£12 for socks that I will not use…
£12 for socks that I will not use again!! I understand you need grip socks and i understand you put it in the email however i didn't see it. And yes i understand this is branding however, I don't wear the style of socks. In addition for £12 I would expect better quality, I found them to be non absorbent, thus full of polyester. Very unhappy with that.
Separately, change rooms are finally big enough and thoughtfully laid out with hair-dryers away from the lockers and showers. The lockers are GREAT, super spacious with compartments. Showers are huge and there are plenty of them, still a que at peak class times but you can tell Rebel have tried to stagger class times to minimise this. Nice products in the showers too. Shower heads are 'trendy' but inefficient.
Studio: reformer beds are super close together and showing wear and tear - some of them could do with replacement padding on the carriages or foot plate. Pumping music, lighting, very effective. Instructors are knowledgeable.
Holborn is very spacious which is a plus, haven't been to the others yet but i presume this will be a theme of Rebel.
Good intro cost, but wouldn't splash out on a membership - this is a luxury service. Gyms shouldn't be a luxury - everyone needs access to the variety of exercise options available.

Love everything about 1Rebel! The space, the trainers, the front of house, the cleaners... everyone is super professional and nice. The environment is cool and you know you are going to have a good workout - where you are pushed, in a GOOD way and you don't feel shamed. 10/10 recommend

Great management
I've missed my training as my train was delayed. I explained the situation and I was kindly offered to attent thd next one. I was very happy that didn't loose the session.
